I have never owned Gravitrax, but there was something incredibly nostalgic about it. I do love how much they get out of purely mechanical pieces though.
Yeah, you can’t imagine the pressure I am under when I show people that track. I only own one starter set, so I have to keep taking apart and rebuilding the track while the marble rolls.
I haven't seen this in years since the Marble races were headlining RUclips. It didn't need the music though. The sounds of marbles and metal balls running a track or rails is pleasure to the ears itself.
A marble has fallen into the river in Gravitrax city! Build the magnetic cannon to fish it out! (Lego jokes aside, I own a few sets of these and they are great.)
One of my fav things is to use gravitrax to do some sort of world with his own laws, Like the black things are devorers, an invasive galactical specie that multiply after eating, gray things are stine, plateforms are planets or part of planets... And try making an city using those laws,
Marble Run for the big kids! I'm guessing it takes a lot of setup for each run. Do you have to push down those hexes that pop up? The must have springs in them, right?
If this is a city there are always lots of people waiting in line to move the slightest bit only for one marble to actually reach its destination. This says a lot about society
The starter set is about 60 dollars, the xxl starter set is about 120 dollars, the expansions are about 10 dollars, and the large expansions are about 20 - 30 dollars. I would suggest the Gravitrax Pro Extreme starter set.
@TheGravineer thank you. And how many sets are there in this video, and or value of it all, if bought in a shop? Btw, I just ordered for about 400 eur for kid for New Year :)
I am not sure how many sets are in this video because I have been slowly collecting them for the past few years, barely keeping track. (Pun intended) But I think I have several xxl starter sets, a Gravitrax giant, Gravitrax pro extreme starter set, some pro starter sets, and several of each expansion.
"Babe come over" "I can't, I'm a complex series of magnetic balls in a long, needlessly complicated but very cool course." "My parents aren't home." Me:
Nice videography, especially with the slomo, and lighting to prevent flickering during slomo shots. I wish smartphones (Android and iOS) didn't automatically put unwanted speed ramps into slomo footage, which then has to be edited back out of the clip while still on the phone before transferring the clips to a PC editor.
I love the idea, but its too expensive - you can barely do anything with just the starter set - you NEVER have enough pieces - luckily the community knows this and there are 3d printable options..... ;)
he did what we all wanted but could never afford to do

Yes, that is what I love about GraviTrax.
Yeah I love mechanical stuff
He's secretly dismantling and rebuilding really fast while the ball is moving to make it look longer than it is

Hey, @@TheGravineer, have you tried to apply for a Lego speed builder vacancy? The payment may be good, as lightspeed builders are always needed
I have not. What do you do exactly?

I am more of a GraviTrax guy though...
I just found out gravitrax existed and now I want every building kit imaginable
Yes, you should get It. It is simply the best.

Here in Gravitrax city, no one chooses to roll for the beef.
Sisyphus would crash out seeing this
Reminds me of the transportation system from the movie Robots (2005)
Awesome. You are the best in gravitraxs
Thank you.
I have been playing Gravitrax for a long time, you have just made me want to do it again. I loved the video. Many thanks.
when you think you have a lot of gravitrax and then you see this guy……..
very cool I love it!
Very cool. I can imagine it took a lot of time and planning nice job!
Thank you.

So satisfying to watch ! Thank you
The greatest toy I've never heard of
I recently picked up a gravitrax kit to mess around with, gotta admit it has satisfied an itch I forgot I had to just... build shit
Mega coole Bahn. Richtig toll gefilmt und gute Qualität.

How much money have you spent on this?
I am not sure. I have just been collecting over the years.

Fun like science museum or like dogs running obstacle courses😊.

Very nice track, congratulations.
I’ll go to see all your videos.
Liked and subscribed. 👍💪
Thank you. This track was fun to make.
I don’t know why I was randomly given this on my fyp but I’m not complaining

They do. Almost everything that moves has to be reset each time.
Have you HexaGone mad?
Maybe a little.
Looks like the type of stuff you'd see on RUclips during the early 2010's
Love it
I would love to have a version of this with the live audio and ideally no music. I feel like the sounds are one of the most satisfying parts.
All of my older videos have the real sound, so you can watch those.
This got me back into Gravitrax. Thank you
You're welcome.
in gravitrax civilization, no one jumps
underrated comment
This reminds me of an old game that used to be on Discovery Kids website.
I think it was called Whizzball or something.
Wonderful work
Thank you.
This looks like that videos with hot wheels tracks built all over house
It’s really cool how the hammers swing in sync
Really cool and strangely nostalgic.
Like one of those hyper cool toys you see at a Walmart and Mom says no because it's too expensive.
Such good, clean fun
I am glad you like it.
Wow.
Where can I buy these?
I buy all of mine on Amazon, sometimes eBay.

How many sets does bro have
I just learned about gravitrax. What is the value of all those sets featured in this video, aproximately? thank you

These were so peak
I need to se if i still have any
Question: how many gravitrax sets did you need to make this?
I am not sure. I have been slowly collecting for the past two years.
@TheGravineer you should totally give stats on how many of each piece you use when you make future builds, I'm curious about how much you use
Whoa how do the parts that lift the hexagon with the marble on it work?
It is lifted by springs in the legs, and the marble hits the lever to set It off.
@ Cool!
Not sure why my first thought when seeing this was it looking like a Pokemon Black&White Gym
"Wait a minute... this isn't Gravitrax... this is just... GRAND METROPOLIS"
Must be painful to reset everything
It is.
Very satisfying
Now how much did that cost?
I am not sure. I have slowly collected GraviTrax for a while.

Awesome, keep up the good work
Thanks, will do!
Very nice to watch. But should have filmed it in 60 fps.
