Same problem bro .. almost same rank I was researching on petroleum .. the pay is good but the cons are working condition ... Not so good.... Like CS dude would be working in air conditioned room but you would have to physically supervise work in fields ... the city that we would be living would be limited to places where petroleum refining is Done... I am sure you are looking in IIt dhanbad petroleum engineering... It would be the best college... Because of its location and its mining courses are the best one in the country ... Other options are iit kharagpur mining engineering ... I am looking forward to this branch ... My dad work in JSW ... Here we have everyone from coal mining engineer , safety , operation , etc sort of branch I am looking forward to meet with several uncles or bachelor who just joined the company they are in mining sector and they are passouts of iit BHU.
