My guess is despite the isolation part, which must have been very tough on him as he always mention not being able to keep in touch made him aware of how much of a social human being he is, I think he´s one who always needs time alone and that being on his own is a big part of refueling his tanks and source of inspiration. Artists need that, not always being on the run or having constant duties. This can´t work, especially if you´re that high energy and enthusistic. I definitely hope he will have his time-outs, can only have positive effects, because this processing afterwards is absolutely necessary. I love how he reflects on these things, makes me hope he will do this so well that he can just go on, finding his own pattern.
Oh man, yesterday I stumbled over the Guardian interview George gave in 22 and while you can say that my suspicion was confirmed a tiny bit more than i thought I so had to hold myself together to not cry out, don´t leave, just don´t ... to actually hear that he thought about quitting only 3 yrs ago, I completely freaked out 🙈🙈😅😅 You know, at the same time you realize, okay, that´s exactly what puts too much pressure on people to tell them you had an actual influence on their lifes.🤯🤯 So not putting pressure on anyone... but I guess I´ll have another phone call with friends in Reading to make sure there´s a free bed across the sea... just in case someone decides to stay at home, you know. 🤣🤣Yeah, I didn´t expect that from myself, either.
Well all i can say is there's a helluva shallow, easily entertained people out there! Sheeple who think his music is good only because other sheeple say so.
