Damn, no mention of the whole new coaching staff at the Panthers? Was looking forward to learning more about that.

There's something missing here in the whole Kellen Moore saga. He & McCarthy argued about play-calling & McC saying he'll return to offensive play-calling only now that Moore is gone makes no sense: how tf can the OC override the HC unless Jerry Jones is making the HC do so?
Jones used to meddle all the time & I don't think he's stopped. I think he's hired people to keep word of his interference out of the press. & what was with that Bears example? It was Excellent Coverage By The Bears, not an example of miscommunication. Lamb was sup[posed to head inside No Matter What & the Bears anticipated this & closed the inside up. You didn't even show what you were talkin' 'bout.
As for Monken & the Ravens, it isn't about Monken _OR_ Roman. It's about the Ravens no longer needing to undermine Jackson's chances of netting Huge Contract now that he has. I can provide links to videos that talk about it (but won't promote other Utubers unless you say okay to it) where they point out that Dobbins gains more YPC when Tyler Huntley is in & that it's always on plays Roman wasn't calling before with "before" meaning of course when Lamar was in.
When Lamar was in, Roman *always sent* the man in motion opposite the run. Always. This told opposing defenses where they were sending the run.
Yeah, it affected game outcomes. As did his sending receivers into double, triple coverage & more, yes more. Again, have the video evidence.
Flores might improve the Vikings' D & has integrity. Should be a good match with O'Connell who also seems to. But I despair that coaching isn't enough. Still, it's not a *bad* move. I just don't want him to end up being the scapegoat if things don't change enough.
