Hi Ryan. Excellent Podcast. Particularly interested in 2 strategies you mentioned briefly. Bet 365 for Horse Racing, using their odds and also the Betfred Shops angle re Arbitrage Betting. Do you have any detailed guides on these 2 Strategies and if so where can I find them. Thanks & Regards
@@gregoryhillmercury645 Got quite a few different settings and some are just to alert me to moves in the market. A good one for earlier markets is recommeded leagues odds 1.2 - 4.5, edge 3%+ and hours up to 150 before game starts
Do you think you will get banned at the shop bookies after a while doing this strategy? It does seem like a good idea to go to the shops as quite often the liquidity is not good at the exchange, or the odds are just better at the shops. Think I will vary the bookmaker I use if possible to extend my shop betting career.
@@jorgesa4244 Would still be some losing trades because beating the closing line 100% of the time. Also some of the markets are bet in have small liquidity at the time of placing the bet so cannot use big stakes to trade.
Would put extra places in the value betting category. Did previously do them but have no bookmaker accounts left so no longer an option. If you still have bookmaker accounts then yes would hammer them.

You would get banned if your actively taking value over and over. Changing up the shops you use is a good idea.
@@SmartSportsTrader Do you pay by cash?
@@jameshanbury232 Yes always pay by cash in shops
@@SmartSportsTrader What is the most you would stake in the shops?

Oddsportal
How quick do they pay the Cashback
Great video Ryan. Do you know of any books that cover the top down approach?
Thanks James, don't know of any books. I came across it listening to a few podcasts and then trial and error.
@@SmartSportsTrader on the top down, do you close the bet before the match start or you let it open until de end?
@@jorgesa4244 Usually let them run but will close bigger trades. Depends on the market and how confident I am that the odds will shorten.
@@SmartSportsTrader was just thinking that you can lock more consistent profits one the start of match time (no losing trades)

Im on track for about the same this year 💪
Good work 👍
hi should i be scared of bookie stealing my funds?
Never had that happen but would be wary of unregulated bookmakers or black market bookies.
I'm surprised EPs aren't a big stratergy for you.
