There is a specific mob in the ruins of the area that will drop this. It's next to the caster. I can't say for sure, but me and friends each killed that particular mob, and it was dropped every time. It seems no farming is needed.

you can switch to blood using the black whetstone, I think it's somewhere in the mountain tops or snow fields.
@@fireseed1587 He means the ash of war doesn't do bleed. Even if you change the affinity, the weapon will do bleed but the ash of war will still work off of poison so it's kind of useless on this weapon.
I wish you would just show the map after getting to the grace site!

@@Khattab511 you're probably missing one of the black whetstones they should allow u to equip poison blood and occult and if not then idk what's going on with ur stuff unless ur talking about the build up status

Found it in the prospect ruins, you don't even need to farm them. There's a group of them guarding it.

if some1 has 100 bleed resistance and this item has 220 blood loss bleed build up does it it proc bleed 2 time with 1 hit ??

U can find a big group in a cave near taylews ruined forge a bunch of blood fiends fight outside it’s near a pillar of the black bridge by a lake

If you go further into prospect town there is a mob that will drop it automatically

If your wanting to use this Put minimum requirements for str and dump the rest in arcane, stamina and vig

@andy_xr3425 what level are you? All you need is minimum stats as in minimum for 2handing. Arc at 60-80 pref 80, bleed Infuse and that's it.
For those who are not getting Bleed option . You've to get black wetblade item it adds bleed option

What the heck is "Bloodfiend's Blood Arm?" Not listed in the Wiki. I have "Bloodfiend's Arm", but it has no blood loss.

Use your "Sacred Relic Sword" so you wont get hit from them and keep your distance.
If i put this ash on my weapon its not saying blood, its saying poison

Dex may work but it scales best with strength and arcane.

You don't need to farm I believe. I went to the prospect town and killed the mobs all around the castor as well as the castor (the guy pointing the fork weapon in the air) and got it first try including the other smaller weapon. Ive seen people say that you have to farm it but at the same time you don't so Idk maybe I just got lucky.

I’m confused is the bloodfiends arm and bloodfiends blood arm the same thing or different items?
it doesnt come with the passive so its just bloodfiends arm, when you add an ash of war (that gives a bleed effect) it gives it its passive bleed which changes its name to "Bloodfiends blood arm"

If you still need to find it: You need to go to the 2 small water lakes on the map. There is an Cave entry bringing you to the location. 1:48 South East from his Location.

You don’t need to farm. Go to Prospect Town (Near the CliffRoad Terminus Site of Grace) and go all the way to the top, and kill the mobs guarding it. Got it first try that way.
Got it after 5min in the ruins in the first place which these 5 guys ghang around in the same place 💀
For me if i upgrade it to the max it has like 125 bleed not 200.I dont know how u guys got it all the way to 200 and i applied the AoW like in the video and i put the blood affinity on it and yet it still has 125 bleed.Did Fromsoft rework this weapon?

upgrade arc min. 50 or 60 to have over 200 bleed

For example, put on the savage lion claw ash of war and give it the bleed effect, then the bleed will boost significantly

You do NOT get this weapon from farming these mobs. You get it from one specific fight at the top of Prospect Town. I wasted about 5 hours farming before I got suspicious and did more digging online. Please update or take down the video.
I got the weapon from the mob I show after the 5 on the right. Thats why I made the video.
@@Caspahz The issue lies in the fact that many of us see these videos and then map out our own farming patterns. For me, it made more sense to farm the five closest to the grace and fast travel back, then repeat. Much more efficient than climbing up and around the town every run. By saying it's a rare farm item, a lot of us don't follow the exact path in a video used as an example. At this point, I have the weapon, but I'd just prefer others not have to waste their time due to the same misinformation, even though I understand the misinformation wasn't intentional.

Why does my bloodfiend arm not have any passive effects it says nothing is that normal does it still have its bleed build up?
Gotta select an ash of war and then select bleed for it to get the bleed effect. As you level up the weapon and your arcane skill the blood build up is bonkers. I have mine up to 219 and generally get two blood procs every two hits or so.
Edit: Also the heavy attack gets a boost in bleed damage. Its so slow but hits so freaking hard.

Thats the one. For some reason it gives blood passive effect.
That's not the ash of war. If you read the weapon description the bleed effect comes from the heavy attacks, it's an innate ability of the weapon.
Yeah the scarab dropped a poison one for me as well and uses poison buildup instead of blood

@its_halo7786 it's just an ash of war, some ash of war you can change the effects when applying and it'll change its passive

You don't farm it its one particular mob that drops it. It's their leader that drops it when you kill him.

Okay so guys there’s no Weapon named Bloodfiends Blood Arm IT MUST have the Ashe of War allowing to do BloodLoss hence it being named Blood Arm but my Ashes of War he showed in the same video is for Poison BuildUp which just makes me even more confused

you probably don't have high arcane. the blood spec scales off arcane

Would it not show you the different amounts when picking bleed or occult? When you're picking them look to the passive effects on the bottom, the number in parentheses will show how much bleed it builds up.
Probably occult is better damage but less blood buildup

Very true but for bleed focused builds the more frequently you proc bleed the better it is.

@@nezarsaleh4795 I figured it out and beat the final boss with it so u have to put the ash of war on and select blood when putting it on and u can choose to scale ur arcane with the weapon based on ur level on arcane mine was doing 212 blood damage took me probably about an hour and a half defeating the final boss after getting this weapon before it I couldn’t beat it for hours

it’s because you need like 60 arcane to get to that much blood loss you have to commit to arcane. However it’s still a very strong weapon if you don’t wanna do that

Yeah this doesnt drop from just any fiend. All i get are forks. Ive farmed the overland and the river mouth cave. No drops at all.
Its a rare drop, the fork is common.
I got it in prospect town. I think one enemy drops it guaranteed. I got it first try and I've seen others get it as well 😊
Don’t bother with the first five shown it’s a guarantee drop from one of them at the top of prospect town

i'm currently trying with 99 arcane farm, those mobs seems not drops more than one time, i did looted alot of the "daggers" but not anymore bloodfiend arm, probally not, i tried in those 2 both spawns
@@EwertonCosta I did the same 99 arcane silver scarb and silver horn tender noting I had 334 item discovery
@EwertonCosta I went on my second save, and there seems to be only one that can drop from a very specific one of those enemys

I farmed for so long that I have 400k runes just from killing these guys, I still don't have the weapon.
