If you’re referring to looking for patches. Once you meet him in that cave, he then moves over to the Southern part of the Swamp Area, on top of a Rock, right at the grace. Don’t remember the names but after you speak to him there, he should be warped to the Castle Manor front entrance. Ill hop on in a few and find the names of grace for ya

yeah, I was genuinely terrified when I died to the iron virgin and got transported to that place. It was extremely early game so I was extremely cautious about the lava, and only when I got to the site of grace there I felt relieved. Sucks how you can't fast travel while you're there.
Cerulean Hidden Tear and Comet Azur are honestly the funniest combo in the game, since if you are upgraded right you can just completely melt some boss health bars

Its not a 35% increase with flame grant me str and golden vow, its 2 multipliers so if your base damage lets say is 500 its 500*1.15*1.20=690 instead of 500*1.35=675 so the more mulitipliers you have your damage scales exponentially

The Somber Smithing Stone 7 at Volcano Manor is no longer retrievable that early. I've seen multiple videos still saying you can use this exploit but I tried for an hour and if someone can actually do it it's incredibly difficult. Edit: I DID IT!!! STILL WORKS!!
Not to toot my own horn but with enough practice I did it in five minutes, plus if that’s too hard for you you can exploit the godskin noble and break his ai to kill him with ease.
@@BurningKnight you can’t break the noble’s AI anymore. You CAN do some fancy jumping around the left side of the church to skip him, but it’s much harder. But you have a somber weapon at +6, it’s not very hard to just kill him normally.
The abductor virgin doesn't take you to volcano manor but rather to the area surrounding it. To get to Tanith, you would still have to kill the abductor virgin duo and wrap all the way back around to the front. It's really just an access point to Altus. The actual fastest way to the manor is Rya questline + the two dectus medallions.
Not the abductor duo, you have to kill the godskin noble and take the elevator, find the hall with the spellcaster snake, fall down the sewer and from there enter vulcano manor
Lowkeye got sent there and stuck for a while. Didn’t know what happened, already did volcano manor, i just went down a huge hole and got to a grace 😓😮💨
It’s the easiest early game, but if you have not even tried fighting a boss area yet, getting the Dectus medallion and getting Rya her necklace back, she immediately takes you to Volcano manor the moment you get to the Altus Plato, you just have to talk to her outside of the lift
My favorite armor in the game is the black knife set, it looks fucking amazing and the hood ability allows you to hide while standing up because you no longer make any noise while running
Most of these if you follow the graces and the direction they tell you to go somebody near them will tell you or if you explore a whole area before moving on
The only thing Patches told me resulted in his immediate death in the caves by Limgrave. It may be a different game but I owe it to Siegward to put him on a shirt.
if you want even higher damage you can stack golden vow with "Howl of Shabriri" for upwards of 45% but you'll take more damage than you reduce. (good for spell minmaxing)
You can also get Somber 1-4 from Iji in Lirnurnia, 5 from Caelid going from Selia after using the trap chest in the Dragon Burnt Ruins, 6 in Nokstella after starting Ranni’s side quest, 7 and 8 from the Lake of Rot, 9 in Caelid it’s near the map piece closer to Dragonbarrow West site of grace. And 10 from using the Pureblood Knight Medal to go to Mogh’s house of horror. After traveling through at least 9 suicide bombers of blood and jumping over a big blob and traveling through a spooky dark cave (light source needed) and being stalked by a man with bloody rapier outside of there will be a grace before Mogh man himself, but we’re not here to fight him. Run to where the aliens are holding communion and bum rush to open the chest (you might die after opening it, but it will stay open) and there’s the +10 meal ticket.
From my understanding you need to either kill Radahn or the Valiant Gargoyles (and possibly Fia's summons) to get to Nokstella, which can be tricky for people aiming for low rune levels
More importsntly about that abductor virgin is that it's still worth using even if you took Rya's invitation, as it takes you to an area completely inaccessible by any other means.
Cerulean Hidden Tear would be very useful for me at the moment, as I'm BARELY not beating Malenia. If I had Flame on top of Golden Vow and Erdtree's Blessing, I'd feel a lot more secure on a victory. At the moment, I only have just enough FP to summon Mimic(Stay with me, here), put up my buffs(not including Flame, cause I didn't knownit stacked), then using heal to put me at full HP again. Like seriously, ONE hit away
Also I thing I don’t know in game was.. there’s allot of options to boost your attack in early game but since it’s your first game trough you probably miss most of them example golden order ash of war, or the guy champion of the beast who’s armor is top top defense to be in early game or near that place the dueling multiplayer place that’s near the edge there’s a invader who will drop he’s armor which is top and a talisman to knock out enemy’s faster things I never found about until too late

Easy no fuss way to get to volcano manor is the get the invitation from Rya the scout then unlock the grandlift once you reach the top ryas there and will teleport you right inside. That my favorite way

I played elden ring when it first came out and got teleported to volcano manor just by playing/accidentally. It took me so fucking long to get out of there, i had to look up how to get out and had to do some crazy parkour and just kept dying and dying to this one like bridge jump that i believe was by the one godskin noble fight.
Did you know you can get 3 major buffs off, useing 2 of yours mentioned. You have to use them in order go get maximum efficiency. 1. Golden Vow 2. Vykes Dragonbolt (on a buffable weapon only!) 3. Did you know you could get into Lyndell Royal Capital without killing the Tree Sentinel guarding the gate? If you kill Morgot in Lyndell before fighting Margit at the entrance of Stormvail Margit doesn't appear.

You.. don't need to pass thru the academy to get to altus platou. You don't even need the acedemy key, or even to fight the magma whyrm, just get the 2edalions, and go the the grand lift.

You can do the head critical through thin walls I foubd and killed a flame chariot in caelid ruins and hit his reposted his weak spot through the wall which i used torent to get on The wall had bars and when i finished the repost and jumped of after the animation ended it instanly put me back behind the bars
I was just lucky, or unlucky, to be killed by the abductor virgin beneath Raya Lucaria academy. I was cheesing the hell out of it but I got cocky and accidentally walked into its arms. Bam! House of hell time!

Also, the golden vow incantation and ash of war stack as well. But it might be a bug because you have to pop the ash of war first
I was so confused by Lionel's armour set, I always assumed it was yet another npc who's questline I missed and he died
in fact we evade exploring the capital because is fullfilled of horrible threats, so we miss that things too
I may or may not have buried leyndell in sand before learning about Lionel’s armor

That hidden tear combined with the comet/kamehameha/ the blue beam thing, is op, 15 seconds of jus beaming, however the boss can be difficult
Always go for the cerulean tear to summon black knife Tishe. She carries

You can get to volcano manor much faster and easier by just doing rya quest and getting the medallions for the lift
You can also mix golden vow with black flames protection or any other of those types of spells, barrier of gold etc.

Beating the two other abductor virgins at Volcano Manor is also one of the earlier means of reaching Mt. Gelmir and Leyndell.

Lionel armor and skeleton helm makes Skeletor Plumbus Lord of Death
Use howl of shbrui or whatever his name is depending on the weapon or skill it will do more damage than flame grant me strength
If you're not doing fire damage its significantly better but it also gives you +25% damage taken and makes enemies more aggressive

The commanders flag doesn’t stack with golden vow but grants better effects. Wich is to optimize your damage with both magic and weapons.
