Allison Jenkins tell us, how do the breeders have all these babies if the moms are dead? Your post is ridiculous and 100% bullshit because you want to make yourself feel better about stealing a baby monkey by convincing yourself the mother is dead and that you're "rescuing" the baby. Sorry, that's bullshit. The mothers live their entire lives in cages and pump out new babies every gestation cycle so the breeders can sell them. That is *fact.* It really does not take much to do basic research about the baby monkey "pet" trade and learn what happens...you should do your research before posting BS.
Are you attempting to suggest that eventually they don't care any longer, or, are you subtly suggesting that the breeding female has developed a serious mental illness due to having her babies stolen from her over and over? She has a bad case of learned helplessness and is probably pretty neurotic. So, if you are suggesting the mothers don't want their babies, you are wrong.

Seems to me that all of the people that yell "that monkey should be back in the wild" lack the necessary credentials to even open their mouth about something they know nothing about. Therefore, all your points are null and void, every single one of them.
I imagine the rescues are from impulsive decisions to get a monkey then realizing that it takes too much time, effort, money, or caring. Or perhaps it’s close to death from improper care, and the owner thankfully surrenders them. Just my thoughts, since all the monkeys in the US are bred, with a rare few being smuggled in. I have not researched those numbers, however.
I tell you something about owning a monkey as a pet, I don't like that idea of getting a monkey for a pet and dressing it up as a baby I seen one that they train him to walk like a human being they taking these monkeys and try turning them into something else, they are cute but they are wild animals, they shouldn't be trained to walk upright that's not their nature they shouldn't be trained to eat with a knife and fork, and after all that training you put them in a cage so what do that tell you 🤔😏 I really hope they are not taking these babies from their mothers I agree with so many others in their comments about they're not pets, I just seen in China they are eaten or pets, and in some of the countries eat monkeys, if you want a small pet that bad I suggest get the smallest dog or the smallest cat and be happy 😄😄😄😄😄
You keep calling them “pets” they are not pets. You have no right in breeding them for profit. As for them hanging themselves in cages well it’s probably better than the life they will have with your clients. Most of which will be brain dead .

This women is not who she claims
I sorry but they need to be free with there troop they are not dogs or cats. It’s not right I sorry
do you have to get monkey licens for finger monkeys
Tiny thing is terrified this woman is a sadist but I like that 😃
I didn't know that they drink baby formula.
How much do they cost
Most of them are around 4,000
OK thxs
haha xD
Its not okay to keep monkeys at home......!
I tell you something about owning a monkey as a pet, I don't like that idea of getting a monkey for a pet and dressing it up as a baby I seen one that they train him to walk like a human being they taking these monkeys and try turning them into something else, they are cute but they are wild animals, they shouldn't be trained to walk upright that's not their nature they shouldn't be trained to eat with a knife and fork, and after all that training you put them in a cage so what do that tell you 🤔😏 I really hope they are not taking these babies from their mothers I agree with so many others in their comments about they're not pets, I just seen in China they are eaten or pets, and in some of the countries eat monkeys, if you want a small pet that bad I suggest get the smallest dog or the smallest cat and be happy 😄😄😄😄😄
dude, you're keeping the monkey warm in front of an air conditioner? WTF?
Michelle G she probably moved it for the purpose of recording
Michelle G - and also nicely wrapped up all nice and warm.....
When they panned to the bird cage and was like talking about safety I'm like "are you crazy?"
Molasses is very very high in iron
i do want one and i feel as if i am qualified. i have studied them and have wanted them.
You can prevent it from dying in that awful cage by simply not having one in the first place. A toy is no replacement for his mother is it?
Hello I’m super interested in buying a marmoset monkey but I don’t know how the process goes is that something you do?
Do you sell
These babies should be with their mothers. Not taken away from them. How would you feel if your baby was taken away.
I cannot believe the very first thing she said is a small cage. How do you not see this as abuse? Primates are not pets.
You keep calling them “pets” they are not pets. You have no right in breeding them for profit. As for them hanging themselves in cages well it’s probably better than the life they will have with your clients. Most of which will be brain dead .
Steven Richard Davies Dude I love animals and all but you’re making yourself look like a complete asshole!
Oh shut up asshole and mind your own buisness. Dont worry about what people spend their hard earned money on you prick
When you come back from school should we shower
Janie Hopkins that's z good question I as s thinking too and I would say yes it's safer or get a sanitizer and rub your arms up to the shoulder and changed cloths
i live in maine can i get one
There is air conditioning right behind the cage
Ha. Good call.
We're do go to get one these baby's..
I would love to have a small monkey. I am all alone, work from home, and children are grown. Have so much love to give and would love to have one but I don’t have thousands and thousands to pay for one.
