My second concern is to talk about LST over certain area which value sounds ideal for research ( Annual mean , seasonal, monthly,max,min,decadal? ) and how can perform it in EE?
Yup, if you print an image or a collection, u will find a property called i guess Cloud_cover. So, you can get that value for each image. may be u need to write a for loop.
