    Good presentation , You didnt mention the garden size? I see from the layouts its quite small compared to cherrywood

      4 bed - 1750 sft
      5 bed - 2250 sft
      Sun City is larger than Cherrywoods comparing 4BR vs 3BR & 5BR vs 4BR

      Every plot varies so garden area will depend on it, but the width will be 6m & depth will be 4m to 4.5m, so roughly 27 sqm or 290 sft

    Aren't you guys tired of pushing junk? Nobody spoke about Cherrywoods but suddenly it's an amazing location with amazing projects blah blah blah.
    Instead of saying the price will appreciate because ready units are more expensive , have you ever though that existing will drop because supply will increase? Simple economics

      There hasn't been a launch in Cherrywoods in over 5 years.
      Have you ever thought about the rate at which the population is growing vs supply coming into the market?

      @@SaadDubaiRealtor there is secondary market. But you don't talk about it because you (and 99% of other realtors) only know how to sell off plan with payment plan and then run away. You don't need a new development to sell property. If the population is growing so much you should do secondary also. But that requires actual skills

      - Primary
      - Secondary
      - Ready
      - Off plan
      - Residential
      - Commerical
      - Rentals
      To be successful, I can't be a jack of all trades. I focus on my niche and collaborate with others who are experts in theirs

      @@IM-gc1vp Please check on the map, its under 30 mins to all the locations you mentioned in normal traffic conditions. Also townhouses & villas are almost never located in prime locations

      @@SaadDubaiRealtor Would you live there? 30 minutes is pretty the same amount of time it takes to get from one side of Dubai to the other. Just saying pushing every product out there probably isn't the best strategy

      @@IM-gc1vp My brother, check my page. I'm very selective about the projects I choose to speak of. There's a huge demand for these locations, you will see when the project sells out on day 1. We can agree to disagree about this one.
