I have always stood by something I was taught by my grandfather many decades ago and that was Fail to prepare then prepare to fail, feel your pain mate but carry this with you its done me proud over the years

Back in the day when Godfrey Hargreaves ran the Wessex Winter League there used to be 28 teams of 6 (168 anglers), these days nobody seems to be interested.

Keep plugging away John - love seeing you fishing proper venues! I used to fish the WWL back in the day when Goff used to run it (I also worked in the house of angling for years!) Been sorting out my kit with a view to hopefully fishing the odd match soon!!!

How did you forget the top kits? Don’t they live in the pole case?
