    Fun fact: All Swedish emergency vehicles follow a national numbering system, which means you can see what type of vehicle it is and where it is stationed just by looking at the vehicle number. The number consists seven digits; in which the first digit tells which department the vehicle belongs to (1 = Police, 2 = Fire/Rescue, 3 = Emergency healthcare, 4 = other);

    The number to SOS in 90% of all European countries is 112. Some can have additional numbers for police, ambulance, firefighters or non-emergencies for example. But in need of help somewhere in Europe 112 is the number to call. The number is chosen because it is easy to dial but hard enough to not dial by mistake.

    A Danish Akutlæge is the same as Swedish Akutlæga. As you said, "they must transport something". That's right, they transport a Doctor, an emergency Doctor. Typically used in big car crash or in otherwise serious cases.

  • @alvinmjensen

    I can see that a couple of the police cars are civilian. This means that you can only see that it is the police when they drive with an emergency sign on.

    The ambulance cars are first responders. They are there first to help with cpr, heartstops etc. They don't transport the person who needs help, but they are first on scene. Both ambulance and fire rescue have first responders.

  • @mouseclick92

    In Norway, we have three emergency numbers for the different services. 110 for fire, 112 for police and 113 for ambulance. Though if you dial wrong, they will transfer you. 112 is an international emergency number in most of Europe I think.

  • @bengtmowitz5012

    In the major cities in Sweden the ambulance is often followed by a medical doctor (AR and/or narcos doctors) to perform an more advanced 1st aid action. These cars are marked with: Akut Läkare.

    Fun fact! Almost every time there is a firetruck trying to pass, swedish people try to move at the side while imigrants think its for them. Almost every time iv seen that now in Sweden, look at yourself.

  • @MsBlackdeath13

    The smaller cars with “akut læge” is an emergency doctor following the ambulance. Usually if it a crash or similar.

  • @xSnooFix

    First finnish clip where you thought that wasnt ambulance it was, those KU means area where they are from in this case if i dont go badly wrong its from Keskiuusimaa and those numbers are just identification for that specific unit

  • @allanchristensen2688
