      Before I go to bed each night, I try to put my smartphone away on its charging cord.
      After I start reading The Last Vampire/Thrist series.
      I read until I can't possibly read anymore then I use whatever a candy wrapper tissue or whatever to mark my place in the book.
      Afterwards I put the book down on my other pillow and go to sleep.
      Btw I haven't anxiety panic attacks almost daily and a shit ton of mental illness from my Dad's side of the family.
      I just want to go back so I'm not stressed out so much.
      And I love my little android phone, but sometimes I really want to smash it into a million pieces.
      Because getting a phone I want at Walmart is $80.00 something plus dollars plus taxes I do my best to refrain myself from doing that.

      @@FrithonaHrududu02127 the fourth of July commemorates so very many freedoms that we would not have if we had not put up a fight. Our first amendment rights were almost lost within the last few years. Somewhere along the line, we already lost our second amendment rights. Guns may be used for hunting and may have been used primarily for hunting in the revolutionary war period, but the second amendment was written, specially, so that we may defend ourselves from a corrupt government. They have all the weapons that would be necessary to keep us down. The fireworks commemorate the bombs bursting in the skies all night, yet our flag was still flying. Isn’t that interesting? Isn’t that exciting? I’ve spent most of my entire life serving my country. I spent a career in Air Force and then in a public school system teaching. I would do it all again at 74 years old. People don’t know what they don’t have until they’ve had it and lost it. Read every day about something, anything that happened in our history. Read Atlas Shrugged, someone who fled Russia in the 1910’s speaking not a word os English, but learned to speak and write this language so quickly, sh managed to write several wonderful books in a very few years.

    Did you ever think that these were not lost classics, but stories that ROD SERLING did not feel that were up to his standards, Rod was very particular about what he put on TV. So be careful when you say that a story was lost, because it is neither lost nor a classic, just put on the shelf to be either rewritten, or discarded.

    • @KevRipz
      @KevRipz  7 месяцев назад +14

      I think it's just a catchy name for the special... I mean, I hear what you're saying and all but there's not really a mystery to solve, the backstory is available, you can see for yourself. Serlings widow Carol found 2 pieces in a family trunk, one was the outline to the 1st story and the other was the complete script to the 2nd story. The 1st story outline was actually expanded and scripted by Richard Matheson. Carol Serling co-produced this special with CBS.

      @jyesucevitz YOU were not even alive when Rod SERLING had his TV show, I was ,as a matter of fact I went to the same High School As Rod,it was known as BINGHAMTON CENTRAL back then, ROD was a student of the Miss Foley, she was an English teacher and was mentioned several times in Twilight Zone . Many times we passed in the hall and spoke. I watched these two episodes, they were not that great ,considering many others that ROD used. He was a prolific writer and there probably are many other so- called lost episodes. My advise to you is to put your guns away ,we are all friends here.

      Always happy to answer questions!
      Most of my uploads come from my collection of used tapes. I acquire VHS and Beta tapes from various sources, "used blanks" they call them. Ebay, Facebook Marketplace, Goodwill Outlets, Facebook Groups, Mercari, Estate Sales, Storage Unit Auctions, Craigslist, etc. Sometimes I buy them completely blind, sometimes I get to see labels and I at least have an idea of what I'm getting.
      Sometimes I share things that other members of the digitizing community have found in their journeys, always with permission and always credited in the description unless they ask not to be mentioned.

Tonight we will see, for the first time, two original dramas, created by, prehaps, television's greatest storyteller, six-time Emmy Award-winner Rod Serling, beginning with a short film about a contemporary young woman, whose life unfolds in a most unusual way. We then travel to post-Civil War Massachusetts, where Rod Serling's last unproduced screenplay comes to life. So, please sit back and join me as we journey into a wonderous land whose boundaries are that of imagination. Your next stop...The Twilight Zone!"
