Thanks to the both of you, I probably spent around 3k in camping gear this year! I usually camp for 1-2 nights but now I want to camp longer. Maybe 1 week to 2 weeks! Gotta make it comfortable if I do decide to camp for extended periods of time. Thanks Kellie and cody!

I don't use shims so there are a lot of nights where I'm sliding off my cot lol, it's full canvas but for some reason It doesn't trap moisture even though I live in Florida. Maybe because I don't use a mattress with it? My favorite natural soap is Dr. Bronner's, it rinses off really well with tepid water. Very pricey, but it works great even when it's super dilluted so I only need a few big bottles a year. Belated happy anniversary you guys!!

Impressive setup! Only thing you're missing is a washing machine. Considering how many small camp/portable washing machines are available these days, I think you should look into them, at least for your more lightly dirty clothes (because nothing replaces a real washing machine for really muddy clothes, lol). There are even mini, collapsible, low-power washing machines with drying and sanitizing options available now. Sure, they don't wash a bunch of clothes at a time but it would at least be useful for washing your underwear since I wouldn't trust a public washing machine for that. 😅
So efficient. A place for everything and everything in its place. I tried the double cot once and I know what you mean about the bar in the middle. Extremely uncomfortable. I wound up donating it to the Boy Scouts who were glad to get it. Your outdoor life and tent living are great. I camp in a Little Guy teardrop camper, which I've probably mentioned before, and enjoy it. I live in a house tho, but I know I'd enjoy full time living in a camper ( a bit bigger than the Little Guy). Thanks for sharing your lifestyle with all of us out here in RUclips land.
I recomend Bear River tents ( 4 season tent with wood burning stove hand made for the tent ) I have had mine standing for over a year in deep weather at 50 mph gusts .... snow, 30 below zero weather, heavy rains and it's still right there outside my camper door.

Hi guys, congrats on your 13th year anniversary. I believe it was May 22nd. I commented on one of your videos about you inspiring me to want to go camping for my 30th wedding anniversary. Well, our anniversary was May 23rd. We want camping for the first time for five days and it was fun. The weather wasn't that great. It was cold the first three days and rained the last night, but was so worth it. I bought a Camp Chef stove l and the Coleman oven like yours. I cooked; ; lamb chops, brussel sprouts and bacon, and homemade macaroni and cheese for our anniversary dinner. It was wonderful. Thank you so much. Can't wait to to again.

I use similar items, I had great luck with CORE tents, easy/cabin style. I downsized to the 4 person and lost my living room, but added a car awning (red camp) and it is a win. When you change your sleeping pads, consider going to the 4" Qomoto top (twin xl and full both available.) As they are self inflating, they pack down smaller than the units you are using and inflate to larger PLUS they are adjustable. When I put them on a cot instead of a sleeping platform, I can over inflate them. I think your shower is cool, but I'm older and I do shower under either the Gazelle (which I am selling soon) or my car awning and I use the 4 gallon redcamp plastic water container PLUS a usb powered shower/kitchen and I can drop in a large pan of warm water or I can just do a quick rinse down.
Happy Anniversary guys! Yall have such and excellent camp setup...and you have to! If we ever go full time nomad, we will definitely invest in the Joolca shower system and Dometic fridge. Also, it IS possible to sleep VERY comfortably while camping. The sleep setup we use is more comfortable than our bed at home...or maybe it is just very comfy combined with the fact I sleep extremely well outdoors in a tent!
