South Fork America River - Gorge Section PFD - 6/24/24

While out of town this summer, I found a cool place to borrow some gear (The River Store in Lotus, CA) and met up with a local crew to paddle my first bit of California whitewater. It wasn't anything like the "Class 5 West Coast Stouts" that the big senders are running (so I'm sorry to disappoint if that's what you were expecting lol). However, I got to share the river with some great people and had an awesome day full of Class 2/3 fun. I will definitely be back for some more California runs in the future.
