Mini PIZZA at home tastes better than in a pizzeria

In this video I will show you how to make pizza on yeast dough and pizza sauce. Small pizza in the oven is perfect as a snack for school or work. The toppings can be anything, the whole secret is in the puffy yeast dough and sauce.
Ingredients:
Warm water 200 ml
Warm milk 100 ml
Butter 50 g
Dry yeast 7 g or live yeast 20 g
Sugar 1,5 teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Flour 400 - 450 g
The filling can be any kind of filling:
Sauce (mayonnaise, mustard and garlic) or ketchup
Sausage
Mushrooms
Tomatoes or cucumbers
Cheese
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
