    The last thing I need is another set of inks! However, these look vibrant and fun, and I look forward to trying them! Thank you for the excellent introduction to this new product.

    I'm just wondering what the difference is between these inks and the Ranger distress inks? I have many of the Ranger distress inks. I have several other inks also thinking I may have to add a few more. However if they do the same thing as the distress inks I think I'll just get more stamp sets instead of inks. 😉

      I am also not sure - they are both hybrid inks - maybe these aren't as chalky as the the distress inks. They certainly look more vibrant.

    Love the vibrant colors. I’ll have this added to my cart so I can start working with them once they are released. Another great job, on a new product, Hero Arts team!

    Very interesting. They certainly stay vibrant and don’t turn muted a bit like oxides do but the basic idea seems to be the same. I am delighted to see that they are a hybrid ink and can be embossed which the oxides nor regular distress inks can’t. Another cool thing is they stay true to their original color. I wonder if they come in mini pads.

      hmmmm, if you are talking about heat embossing, I have success using both regular (you have to move quickly) and oxides. Perhaps I don't understand your comment and if so, apologies Dotalina!

      Nancy Lynn yeah I do try and heat emboss the reg and oxide distress inks but really you have to have everything ready or you miss that short window of time to get good powder coverage. Whereas the hybrid and pigment inks we have a longer open period of time to emboss. Thanks.

    Oh, just what I need, more ink pads. They have also peaked my interest. Inks that do it all! On my way to go order some. Happy 45th Anniversary!

    I've been curious about these inks, although the last thing I need is more ink pads LOL! I have to admit that you've got my interests peaked, Jessica. Appreciate the info!

    So what makes this ink different than oxides?

      @Wjgustaf 5 лет назад +2

      Sue M they look like they may be brighter hues. The oxides have a huge variety but the colors tend to be muted imho. It will be interesting to play with both and see how they compare.

      The oxides when in contact with water get the oxide effect and become very light in color these on the other hand stay very bright I already played with a few and really love them. So far i feel they are very different from oxides.

    Can you tell us what the paper is? I'm not having good luck with my card stock.
