Frontier Waste Solutions of Pearland TX

One of Frontier’s first flagship contract wins was the contract for the city of Pearland that they have been hauling since October 2021. Not only is it one of their biggest contracts, it is also the only one that does regular collections of trash, recycle, and bulk waste six days a week. Even though six day a week residential collections are a common sight in Houston, this is still one of the more unique setups for a municipal contract. On a couple different trips to Houston, I was able to checkout their operations on a couple different Saturdays. Their fleet consists of LR ZRs for trash and recycle and Granites, as well as conventional Petes for bulk. Pearland residents receive twice a week trash and weekly recycling and bulk pickup, which occurs on your assigned recycle day. This particular part of the city receives trash pickup on Wed/Sat and recycle + bulk on Saturday. Definitely a neat operation that was super fun to film, especially with the tag teaming.
