    4:33 if it helps at all quercetin is a natural antihistamine and so is vitamin C. I find ascorbic acid powder the most beneficial but some people prefer others like camu. It may be helpful to take these daily. You may not need the antihistamines or at least not as often. I unfortunately need all 3 lol ❤

      B12 shots can also cause or exacerbate acne, as I found out the hard way a few years ago. The good thing about B12 shots is they can usually be discontinued once you have the B12 built up in your system and your diet is fixed. However, B12 has something toxic in it. You'll have to do the research b/c I don't recall exactly, but I it's something-cyanide or something. It's only the injectable form that contains it, not oral supplements.

    I have two questions: when you do the massage under your eyes, is it supposed to help right away? Both are puffy, so I did one first, as shown, and it doesn't look any different than the other one. I did the other one anyway, but they're the same as before. Another question - how can you go without concealer if you're dark under the eyes? That's not a pretty sight! When I'm not working and just at home, I sometimes don't wear any makeup at all, but I still have the darkness under the eyes. Thanks in advance.

    • @PeachesSkinCare
      @PeachesSkinCare  8 месяцев назад +1

      Kat🍑
      This is a process that takes consistency and time. When you’re massaging under your eyes, you are releasing water and puffiness and you are cleaning out your sinus area. Concealer actually makes your eyes darker underneath ( I have seen this on hundreds of thousands of clients and when I take them off of it, their skin begins to improve quite quickly ) it’s best to allow that thick callous skin to come up and off and bring up healthy new tissue.
      I hope that answered your question ? 🧡🙌🏻🍑Lisa

    Hi Lisa! Week 1 of using your products. I’m enjoying them so far. My face does get hot & red after but that’s typical for me. It eventually calms down.
    Question - I was watching your challenge day 1 video from a couple months ago. You used flawless exfoliate, restore then cleanser then classic cleanser but the prescription sheet says flawless exfoliator, classic cleanser, restore cleanser.
    Does the order of the cleansers matter?
    I was also wondering when you shave your legs do you exfoliate first, then shave or shave then exfoliate.

    • @PeachesSkinCare
      @PeachesSkinCare  8 месяцев назад +2

      Katie🍑
      If you go to the website, I have revamped the prescription sheet you can go to the FAQ page. I prefer you use restore before classic cleanser to kill any fungus and bacteria, so that classic cleanser can do its job even better.
      Yes, I use a body brush and exfoliate my body every time I wash, and then I shave .
      I hope this helped ?
      You shouldn’t be getting hot and red from the product however, you might be flushing and it may just be blood flow but keep me posted .

      Many times spider veins are like clogged freeways. Your skin is having to overwork and it isn’t healthy and so the blood flow is not perfect and it makes a spider veins look worse. As your skin gets healthy, you will notice that they improve. I wouldn’t do laser or anything, because all that will do is essential, leave marks and thick skin .

    I have bulging above my eye. Under my eyebrow, seems like a fatty bulge. Have no clue how to get rid of it. It ages me terribly.
