You did make sense with your analysis. Oklahoma is one quiet state and the crime rate there is pretty low in my opinion. The only drawback with a state like Oklahoma is the lack of jobs and it’s a boring state.I moved there for a job paying 80k/year, which in other states will pay 100k above. If you are moving here for school, you can switch schools after a semester but it’s always advisable to pick these states mentioned so you can stand a better chance of getting admission

But the cost of living in OK is also very low. Groceries cost much less on average and the minimum wage is around $14. Also if you're doing a STEM degree the employment opportunities are quite alright

@@mutsamushoshoma4508Yea rent was pretty low when I was there, and cost of living is really low. Paid 700$ for a 1 bedroom and that’s the lowest I have experienced in the US lol. But I have lived in big cities like New york and Dallas so there was no way I was gonna live in Oklahoma and yea you are right, I did go there for a tech job but went back to Dallas after 6 months

@@James_150 yes I understand. What do you feel like New York and Dallas have to offer that Tulsa and OK city just don't have. Because I understand Dallas in that federal income tax is pretty good but New York is horrible in terms of the cost of living

@@mutsamushoshoma4508Brother I am not just working for money, there are other things like quality of life that OK doesn’t provide for me. I lived in Norman OK, and there is nothing in OK to keep me there lol.Yea NY is trash when it comes to cost of living but OK is the last place I wanna live

Missouri State is one of the most affordable places to study, most of the universities are cheaper. But a city like Saint Louis has a high crime rate
