Nancy: My knees were bone-on-bone during all of my 40's, but I finally had both of them replaced and it's been great ever since! It took about 6-12 months for the knees to feel like they were part of me, but the pain was gone immediately! (I started walking just 3 hours after getting out of recovery.) I traveled around the world solo for 6 months in 2022 and walked many miles every day and never had any pain. It's a miracle.
Poor Nancy: had to have both of my knees replaced one in my 50s and the other before my 60s. It’s so much better now I just can’t jump though like I used to and it hurts to get on my knees to do any cleaning on the floor. That’s a good excuse not to. Good luck and hope the injections help they didn’t help me at all and I was bone on bone. It’s a tough surgery, but my number one tip is to get mobile as soon as possible and walk..
My late wife had knee surgery while we were married. Being in great shape before her surgery really helped. Also, getting up walking ASAP was a key after.
You two have definitely lived out many of our dream...thank you so much for not just sharing it with us but for being so consistent. I started following many of the world cruisers - but (from what I could see) only you two were consistent and thorough. Thanks!!!

If they don't have the new discovery of the Seas ships completed then it certainly will be on a Radiance class ship probably serenade as it's really the best of all the ships!

Random, but I love this concept as a homeschooling family. You mentioned in some videos that these kinds of families were on the ship. If you were close with any of them, a video interviewing them would be amazing! We could all submit questions. I am in a worldschooling group and they would be so excited to watch a video like that! This is a really nice suggestion. However, we are home now from the cruise and we also were pretty careful not to film close-ups of the children unless we had their parents permission.

Started watching early winter after breaking my leg skiing and had to cancel some of our travels. Lots of hours spent on the couch immobile watching your videos. We have enjoyed “traveling” with you two and we gained some good advice for this past summer when we were finally able to travel again. We are not quite empty nesters yet, we just pull our teens along with us..they enjoyed your videos as well. Thank you for keeping me entertained all winter!

We were happy with the entertainment and food as there was a nice variety. Nancy here and I gained 23 pounds and I am on Weight Watchers now to get it off. The cruise was about $65,000 each for a standard balcony room. Thanks for following along with our journey.

But if you do another one, here’s my question… So, the World Cruise was all over RUclips, with so many influencers covering it, including a few on board with you! But then… cue dramatic music there was that guy who got PAID to stir up drama for content. I mean, what was that part of the trip like? Were you aware the outside world was watching you? I even saw a video where some influencers were treated to special 5* meals. This is totally just a fun question-because let’s face it, you’re superstar influencers yourselves 😎❤
Thank you. We were well aware of what was being said outside the ship. And we were all informing our families. It wasn’t nearly as bad as what was being stirred up. It certainly was crazy the interest it all generated. And we’re still hearing things that happened on it that really really didn’t happen on it.😉

I had jell injections and it took care of my knee arthritis

We actually did two Alaskan videos right before the world cruise we went to Alaska with my parents in September to celebrate their wedding anniversary but those videos didn't get released before the world cruise. We're actually going back for the reunion Cruise in a year so they'll be plenty of videos on Alaska coming up. 😀

We truly felt it was. Even before when it ended up we went around Africa and then got a partial refund for that segment.

Hey! Welcome back, kids! Ahh, bummer, I missed the live stream! But if you do another one, here’s my question… So, the World Cruise was all over RUclips, with so many influencers covering it, including a few on board with you! But then… cue dramatic music there was that guy who got PAID to stir up drama for content. I mean, what was that part of the trip like? Were you aware the outside world was watching you? I even saw a video where some influencers were treated to special 5* meals. This is totally just a fun question-because let’s face it, you’re superstar influencers yourselves 😎❤
Thank you. We were well aware of what was being said outside the ship. And we were all informing our families. It wasn’t nearly as bad as what was being stirred up. It certainly was crazy the interest it all generated. And we’re still hearing things that happened on it that really really didn’t happen on it.😉
