If, 10 × 3 = 91
→ (10 + 3)(10 − 3)
13 × 7 = 91
If, 20 × 2 = 396
→ (20 + 2)(20 − 2)
22 × 18 = 396
So, 15 × 11 =
→ (15 + 11)(15 − 11)
36 × 4 = 144
