Building a DMR-isk rif of an SSR4? Why wouldn't you go for the SSR15 (discontinued, but can still be found :D), which is longer and has a Gate Titan etc. :D .. Sucks with the lack of produtcs that you paid for, and obviously the damages - I'd be furious and wouldn't settle with Novritsch apparently just sending replacement parts, as you've paid for a completely new one. Hope you figure it out - would be cool with an update when you've had contact with Novritsch.

I did actually try and get an SSR15 but although their website had it advertised in the discontinued area it was unable to buy. When contacted they stated they had none for sale. Part 2 should be out in the next week or so.
Interesting did you pass that back to Novritsch. Seems like a packaging problem either with poor packaging of the product or UPS stacking and racking it.
@@adventureairsoft well one of the charging handles was broken a bit worse than yours was, so he sent me a replacement, the charging handle sticks out so any weight on the box and it penetrates the box 📦

I bought 3 SSR4’s and all three of them the charging handle had penetrated the box.
