Chris was my Finance prof during my MBA way back in the early 90's. He gave me one of the best pieces of advice I received during the program: "You talk too much". I took it to heart and I have to say it has served me extremely well over the course of my career.

Am extremely grateful that you guys recorded this and left it on here for me to access years later. I hope to switch careers and start over with a Commerce (Finance major) degree in a few months.
