Cade is more than fine moving on. That was the number one rushing defense in the country, a defense also known to get after quarterbacks and Cade played fairly confident today. He and the rest of the team should only get better moving forward and that’s a pretty good thing to hear

This was the best performance ive seen by Michigan beating Wisconsin on the road and the defense is much better . They didnt cave in and McNamara looked very good especially the receivers in Cornelius Johnson. I would say right now they are the top 3 teams with Iowa and Penn State but obviously the other Big Ten teams in OSU MSU even Nebraska will be competitive. Truly again I think that gives them great momemtum for the rest of the season. Going to Lincoln is never easy against the Cornhuskers but i think Michigan should be a 2 td favorite at minimum
The secondary is getting better. They also have some blue chips coming in this year at DB/S and we may have a shot at flipping Domani from USC which would be insane.
It's nice to see Michigan competitive again, but I won't get excited until after they beat Ohio State. Most coaches can go to MI and recruit players good enough to field a competitive team; however, you have to beat your rivals, upset non-conference top teams and finish season in the top five of the polls. What happened last year or in 2001 has nothing to do with this team or how good or bad it is. Michigan has won 52 contests against Wisconsin in the history of the series, out of 70 played, with 1 tie. Does this stat mean anything? Only that Michigan has had the better team over the majority of the series.
- The Defense looks strong! Still a little work to be done in the secondary. But they are otherwise lights out. Can't wait for this years recruits to join the secondary. Especially if we flip Jackson. If I'm a recruit looking towards the NFL, I'm seriously considering the Wolverines. Learning a pro-style defense that has had great success is an easy sell to a pro team when the draft starts. - McNamara is improving somewhat but still its hard to see him leading UM over PSU and OSU. He should've had a TD to Roman Wilson in the second half, he didn't get through his reads fast enough and underthrew him cause of the pressure. Wilson had two steps on the corner should've been an easy dime like McCarthy to Baldwin. Also its odd to see us struggle to move the chains with McNamara but the second we threw JJ in there we got a couple first downs. I imagine Harbaugh is gonna have a tough call to make somewhere down the line with the two of them as the games get tougher. - Tough game on the ground (considering their success earlier) but the Badgers did have the #1 rushing defense. Good to see 100+ yards on the ground still.

I think Harbaugh might actually beat Ohio State this year. I live in Michigan and I HATE Michigan fans, so I’m not too excited about having to listen to them blow smoke up their own butts, for the next year but I’m still happy when the Wolverines show up and beat quality teams. Offense is not as good. Their protection was awful all game long, which you need to keep your qb healthy and open up holes for your rbs. They just aren't on it

Wisconsin does have a good D. It's hard to move the ball on them. They play decent pass coverage and the run defense is stingy. It's just the offense is putrid with turnovers and leaves the D on the field all the time which tires them out. Wisconsin has a good defense. If Metz gets healthy again and throws well wiscy will be fine. From a Michigan fan

Exactly what Michigan needed
- The Defense looks strong! Still a little work to be done in the secondary. But they are otherwise lights out. Can't wait for this years recruits to join the secondary. Especially if we flip Jackson. If I'm a recruit looking towards the NFL, I'm seriously considering the Wolverines. Learning a pro-style defense that has had great success is an easy sell to a pro team when the draft starts.
- McNamara is improving somewhat but still its hard to see him leading UM over PSU and OSU. He should've had a TD to Roman Wilson in the second half, he didn't get through his reads fast enough and underthrew him cause of the pressure. Wilson had two steps on the corner should've been an easy dime like McCarthy to Baldwin. Also its odd to see us struggle to move the chains with McNamara but the second we threw JJ in there we got a couple first downs. I imagine Harbaugh is gonna have a tough call to make somewhere down the line with the two of them as the games get tougher.
- Tough game on the ground (considering their success earlier) but the Badgers did have the #1 rushing defense. Good to see 100+ yards on the ground still.
Offense is gonna have to step up if Wisconsin wants to go anywhere 💯
hate getting my hopes up like 2018 however this team just seems different in terms of grit and energy. I don't think they have been truly tested just yet but this is a good start.

I think Harbaugh might actually beat Ohio State this year. I live in Michigan and I HATE Michigan fans, so I’m not too excited about having to listen to them blow smoke up their own butts, for the next year but I’m still happy when the Wolverines show up and beat quality teams. This win should put them in the Top 10 (maybe 9 or 10).
Just a heads up. That is a sports fans job. That’s what we do. No matter what team. The fan base is supposed to support their team ride or die! It’s just annoying when the teams that win do it consistently.🤷
I doubt it especially seeing Ohio state getting it together a little bit. I don’t see any differences between this Michigan team and the ones of years past, mediocre qb with a mediocre running game. I just don’t see it happening

Offense is not as good. Their protection was awful all game long, which you need to keep your qb healthy and open up holes for your rbs. They just aren't on it

I agree, Both OSU and Penn State are dangerous. Not to mention, beaver stadium is one of the loudest and toughest stadiums to play at in college football. It's definitely gonna be a challenge but hopefully we will be ready when we play those teams.

Wisconsin does have a good D. It's hard to move the ball on them. They play decent pass coverage and the run defense is stingy. It's just the offense is putrid with turnovers and leaves the D on the field all the time which tires them out. Wisconsin has a good defense. If Metz gets healthy again and throws well wiscy will be fine. From a Michigan fan
