I love that bronze is its own game. There's the added layer of a mental game that determines wins and losses, not just how you play

@@Raldorandolarandom that’s so cute that you think the system works well enough for everyone in bronze to actually be bronze. If you’re a console bronze player you’ll probably lose half of your games due to people leaving, rage quitty babies, hackers and smurfs. The system doesn’t function if half the players in a rank are there because they’re too pussy to go play their own rank. Bronze is a shitstorm.

1:35 my fav part as a support - running across the open space to heal a teammate who's way out of position and doing everything in their ability to break line of sight and run away from you and then dying to some random Hanzo arrow because you're, well, in the open
here is my foolproof tip for having more fun as a support: stop dying for your teammates. I know it's hard. you see someone critical and your soul is like "I WANT TO SAVE THEM," and that's okay, that's a good instinct to have while playing support. but would your team be better off with one person back in spawn or two?
I know it's hard. but if they don't come back to where you can help them, they're not your responsibility. you need to support your TEAM, not just the one person who decided to do something silly.
again, I know it is hard lol I still struggle with it myself. because that's your teammate, right? you want to help them. you play support because you want to help. but your life is usually more important than that one person.
I've been trying to focus on this recently and I just have a lot of thoughts about this 🤷♂️

Low elo supports are the ultimate epitome of being oblivious. And the response EVERY time after they die is "Y DiDnT u pRotteK mE?!"
there was 100% no need for both the mercy and moira to follow the doom. there is a mega pack in that room, and the doom has cover in there. the only person to blame for the support death was the support themselves.
this tank is a supports nightmare. no defensive cooldown, doesn't use mobility to get health packs. Yes I know healing gives support ult charge, but there's more than one person to heal.
So I used to be bronze support, while being plat tank and easily the worst players in bronze are the tanks
@@knightbreezeplays5956I found it a toss up with dps lol. Each game was a 50 50 if you might get folks who are competent or if they are knuckle dragging Neanderthals 😂
I also think this person should work on their target priority. There were so many times where the enemy mercy was low and in bad positions and she got away with almost every rez. Ik mercy is difficult to hit because of her mobility but try to capitalize on her position mistakes and instead prioritize the supports instead of the tank that is clearly getting pocketed. But that’s just my opinion!
Emonggs is the best streamer when it comes to commentary it makes everything just lovely to listen to keep it up

This doom treats block like sigma’s grasp LOL. It does reduce damage but that’s not a great mindset to have, just think of it as a tool to gain empowered punch or to press the advantage.

Flats certainly called it. If you’re stuck in bronze for any real length of time, you belong in bronze. Stop blaming your teammates and start being critical of your own gameplay. There’s even a replay system so you can see what you did wrong.
Tbf if you're bronze, you're generally not going to understand what you did wrong unless it's 100% obvious.
If you do understan, your next step of implementing that is even harder.
Never been in bronze, but to my understanding people who were hardstuck bronze before start fresh accounts and can land gold (I know ranked is fucked)
That being an aside, you can watch people like awkward carry idiots all day long, he's been the #1 global supp for years. But him and other ur>gm people constantly forget they're mechanically on a different planet than a normy. Considering how often I see these games, if you're silver or gold, you're probably not good enough to carry a bronze team throwing.
@@BrendanishLeoasically 99% of people get gold when they do placements on a new account. initial placements don't mean anything. what matters more is the rank you're at after playing consistently for six months or so. that'll be a much more accurate reflection of individual skill.

I say this as someone who plays a lot of Mercy: Mercy players have this problem called "we eat enemy abilities like they're snacks and we're starving." if there is a fire strike, it will hit me. if there is a junkrat trap, I will most likely step in it. it is a curse that we must bear lol

I’m a rein main and used to watch flats all the time but have found myself only watching emongg now because flats is so negative and condescending
They definitely need to work on their cooldown cycle. A lot of the times, he’d go all in without his ult and not get a pick. In anything above silver, you’ll be punished for that every time. Slam in, punch out. Unless you can get a pick on someone out of position.

I am a Bronze 5 tank. I make the following prediction every game. 1. The enemy tank will be aggressive and pocket healed. 2. The enemy dps will make plays. 3. I will try to tank aggressivly and will not get heals. 4. My dps will not make plays.
Does that mean they didn’t win or they could have won easily ..
They dont think they should be in bronze but they didnt use block for 5 minutes. They face tanked a dragon strike twicd and still didn't block. Definitely bronze

You can 'pop off' against bronzes yeh, but gold and above would kill you over and over with this playstyle, that's why you don't climb.
Where are these doom fists at? I am hard stuck at bronze 5 (Yes I absolutely belong there!!!) an every doom fist I play against LIVES behind the block!!!!
why does everyone in metal ranks get tilted during the game and cause drama. i never see anyone do that in my comp games, we just play and nobody says a word, win or lose, even if we get rolled nobody flames.

I hate the fact that Doomfist's slam gets cancelled by his abilities!! In what universe do I want that to be cancelled!! The worst thing it's not even an option in the settings to disable that like with other heroes.
