You don't brag and please don't take this wrong but your house is normal. You don't have marble countertops and solid wood floors or mega expensive furnishings. Woman, you are a hoot!! I'm kinda new and I'm just like you, all over the place, but still getting things done. Looovvvee the clear containers...I'm slowly getting rid of the old ones and getting clear....so much more easier to see what ya got!! I use method products a lot. I like the degreaser one that keep in my kitchen. Love all of the cleaners I do get Mrs Meyer's cleaner in Lilac scent for spring/summer

😂always have me cracking up. I have an allergic reaction to those Antibacterial Method cleaners, but I love their regular all purpose cleaners and the wood cleaner is my favorite!! I stick to those! ❤

I love bath and body works!! Everything I get there is Warm Vanilla Sugar…I fell in love with scent the first time I went many years ago. I’m a small hoarder with that scent. ❤

I start spring cleaning on my bathroom on Monday. From the vents, lights, walls, baseboards, window and frames, curtains, shower, tub, vanity,linen closet, doors, mirror, commode, and floor. If it stands still, it will get scrubbed! Serious decluttering in my linen closet!

My wax melts and candles go in a cabinet in my basement. I’m down there daily to do laundry so it’s not a pain to grab a candle. I also make sure I burn it three hours a day until it’s done. I was tired of half burned candle. Wishing you and your family a Happy Easter 🐰. Enjoy the day.

I have time finally to organize my bathroom. I enjoyed watching your video. Well all videos. I find new ways to organize my stuff because for one, i have no storage in my bathroom, and my bathroom is huge, could fit a few stalls. Just a simple cabinet under the sink.

I think you're really good at organizing and your end result always looks great! You just have a lot of things. 😄 i know what you mean about micro and macro organizing. I love organizing, so i go micro, but i notice that in my daily life, i use macro techniques too. Also, i have that method cleaner too. It's quite powerful and distinctly spearmint, like cleaning with chewing gum. Lol

Same! Those top drawers in the bathroom are small so I had to find smaller organizing trays to put in there. My makeup has been a pain to keep organized but one drawer that I love and haven't changed is the dental drawer. I wonder if it sometimes it's more the items being organized vs the space it's being organized in? Although I could be wrong 🤣 the dollar tree has awesome small organizing trays/bins, those little bins in the makeup and dental drawers are from Dollar tree. And thank you, you're the SWEETEST! You were able to fit two little pink organizers side by side as to where I'd only be able to put two total in one of my drawers 😂 but I'm more of a macro organizer I'm starting to believe lol I have all my makeup and hair dryer in a organizer that hangs on the wall. I told her once she starts using those areas again let me know what works for her and doesn't and that I will tweek it.

Sometimes i notice before buying that if i buy purposely organizing tools like baskets and bins, it leads to making more space for those stuff and allowing me to stuff more into those bins and baskets so i try my best not to use and buy bins and baskets to avoid going backwards with my minimalism journey. Its been 3 years for me and im still revisiting areas and i get shocked of how much i get rid of omgg. I try to use up my stuff to avoid wasting my money and to avoid waste going to the landfill, so i basically do it for the environment and for saving money
That’s a lot of candles and wax melts. I stored candles mostly in a deep living room end table drawer. But, when I was working through the Kon Mari method - I pulled all candles and candle holders into one place to see what I had. I had over 100 items. I donated half of them. Then, I realized we don’t burn candles any more. I need to purge more. I like having a few for decorative touches and emergency lighting. I keep a few packages of wax melts. I like using those. I like lemon scents in the bathroom. Smells fresh & clean to me.
You did a good job organizing and cleaning the bathroom. Would love to hear about candles and melts. I have allergies and I use Clinique I don’t have any problems with this brand. It’s a little pricey but the often have gifts with purchases. Hope you don’t mind me suggesting it. Hugs and thanks for sharing your video.

I would prefer to put the candles and wax melts in the 4 season, I think that would be the best place to store them. I'm concerned about them melting or getting damaged since there's no ventilation or AC in that room. Do you think if I put them in those slim clear containers maybe with a lid, that they'd be ok? Hi, Danni! Love the video! I did my bathroom awhile ago and I got rid of stuff I wasn’t using anymore. Cleaned out all my old towels because I had a few new sets I haven’t used. So out with the old, in with the new! I have a new shower curtain but I need my daughter to put it up for me. Can’t stand on the step stool too long due to my hip replacement. Yay!!! Its always so nice to give a room s good refresh/reset or makeover, esp. the bathrooms. It always amazes me the amount of stuff I'm still decluttering, however a lot of it is recyclable type stuff, I still consider that a good declutter 😁 do you have a plastic shower curtain or cloth, I recently bought a cloth shower curtain it's sort of new, I like that I'm able to wash it, but there's benefits to the plastic shower curtain too. I probably should have got rid of that big towel instead of making it into little hand towels, but I thought why not lol. In your first aid kit put one or two sanitary products in your kit. If you have a wound it will stop the bleeding. Tampons will stop nose bleeds. Just some UBI!

My mom has a bunch of sanitary products that she has just kept and doesnt know what to do with, so the next time I go over there ill grab them and put them in the first-aid kit. That’s the one that popped up on my feed. 😹 I loved that! I’m usually a fan of method products, but that blue bathroom one really has a rough smell. 😹 It’s not cool. And it lingers!
Omg! I do the same thing with soap and body wash that I don’t like or I’m just tired of! Nothing wasted and soap is soap! 😊😊😊😊😊. I donated my Clorox wand. I just didn’t take to it.
That is so cool, I knew I wasn't the only one who had toilet soap 🧼 lol I don't like wasting anything and like you said "soap is soap" I'm strongly considering getting rid of the Clorox wand too. It is convenient however I think the soap and toilet brush does just as good, and the best part is I'm not paying for replacement products like those Clorox wand pads. I love your chatty videos! In regard to you mentioning your eyes watering so much, I had the same problem for years and thought it was just my allergies. At my last eye apt. though I was diagnosed with meibomian gland dysfunction, which a common symptom is watery eyes. So that may be something you want to look into.

I swear there are critters that live in bathrooms and mess it up while we're asleep. Do yourself a favor and look at the bottom of the Method bottle. It might have a message for you. My husband had to travel to Minnesota for work and brought me back a mug! It's a cute plaid with a moose on it. Whenever I use it, I'll think of you, you betcha! So I only use my toilet soap which is a mix of all soaps that are almost out or soaps we dont like lol and than when I want to disinfect the toilet I'll use soap and a little rubbing alcohol. I do sometimes use vinegar and baking soda to clean the toilets, but either that I don't use any other cleaner. Do you recommend a cleaner? I'm currently on a mission to try new cleaners and cleaning methods. I feel like Ive used the same stuff over and over again. So sorry for the delayed response. Yes, you and the Method bottle, much like many of us, are similar😂. I wish I had been at the store with you to say, ‘noooooooo never Spearmint!’😢 Peppermint can be good. And Method is pretty good stuff. But why, why they thought Spearmint. You may need allergy eye drops-check with your eye doctor.
I don't like the spearmint or eucalyptus smells 😝 for cleaning I like the citrus or things with bergamot in it, even lavender if mixed with another scent. Wished I could use soaps I don't like to clean my toilet I have a lot of limestone and calcium in my water so have to use heavy duty stuff! Love your videos! Just a thought Danni 🤔 the curtains seem a little to close the toilet, you know splash warning!!
My mom uses the heavy duty stuff for there toilets too, they have really hard water. I can't remember what she uses but whatever she uses it works very good. The Clorox works really well and is definitely convenient! I was definitely not liking that method antibacterial spray, that spearmint was rough 😆 I'm not much for spearmint either. I like peppermint though lol. Citrus scents are AMAZING I love a lemon scent I swear I have lemon scented everything. Lavender is always a favorite. The curtains are way too long. There covering the toilet holder lol I gotta place them somewhere else or shorten them. Have you and Ian thought about checking out your local habitat for humanity restore ? You can easily get everything to redo the kitchen for less. Like flooring, kitchen cabinets and etc ...

For that piece of decor that keeps falling, maybe use hook screws to put it up so if it does get bumped again it won't fall as easily. As for organizing: on my own, I absolutely thrive with micro-organizing, however I have had to accept the fact that my partner and my daughter are not that way. They both deal with ADHD so they both have issues with object-permanence. They don't know where something is if it's not right out in the open and they forget that something we have even exists at all if they don't see it. I'm the complete opposite. I know EXACTLY where everything is and I know EVERYTHING we have and I can always find things even if it's something they lost. They have a habit of absent-mindedly moving things around the apartment instead of where they belong. I still try to keep everything organized but I make sure that their items that they use most often are in easily accessible locations. Do I like it? Nope lol. I would rather not see stuff out. I like everything being containerized and put away from sight, but I can't expect them to conform to my methods. I used to organize my partner's stuff but he expressed to me multiple times how much he actually did not appreciate me doing that because my way did not work for him and it was his stuff anyway so I had to put up boundaries for myself. I stopped organizing his stuff (unless it's in the bathroom which is small and our ONLY bathroom so it HAS to stay organized). But yeah his computer area is a constant disaster and it drives me crazy to look at it but I have to just let it go because it's not my stuff lol. At the end of the day, it has to be what works for everyone and it's not the end of the world if there is some mess and clutter here and there. Sometimes, in our efforts to make everything "right" so that we can have less stress... we end up stressing ourselves out even more. Anyways lol I think the bathrooms look great, love the color scheme and decor!
I bought that Method Bathroom Cleaner and to be fair, I do have sensory issues since having Covid but I thought it smelled like pee mixed with Pine-Sol, it is the worst smelling cleaner ever to me! I just do not get the rave reviews, but like I said, Covid did mess my nose up...LOL 🤣
What is up with Americans and their blankets? 😂 I find it hilarious. I have two blankets on my couch and they always lay there. I dont need five more in a closet? 😅
Clear dollar store shoe boxes work just as good as expensive acrylic bins-just sayin! A lazy Susan acrylic bin with sections works better than bins-if you have shelves to put them on.

I have time finally to organize my bathroom. I enjoyed watching your video. Well all videos. I find new ways to organize my stuff because for one, i have no storage in my bathroom, and my bathroom is huge, could fit a few stalls. Just a simple cabinet under the sink.

I think you're really good at organizing and your end result always looks great! You just have a lot of things. 😄 i know what you mean about micro and macro organizing. I love organizing, so i go micro, but i notice that in my daily life, i use macro techniques too. Also, i have that method cleaner too. It's quite powerful and distinctly spearmint, like cleaning with chewing gum. Lol

Same! Those top drawers in the bathroom are small so I had to find smaller organizing trays to put in there. My makeup has been a pain to keep organized but one drawer that I love and haven't changed is the dental drawer. I wonder if it sometimes it's more the items being organized vs the space it's being organized in? Although I could be wrong 🤣 the dollar tree has awesome small organizing trays/bins, those little bins in the makeup and dental drawers are from Dollar tree. And thank you, you're the SWEETEST! You were able to fit two little pink organizers side by side as to where I'd only be able to put two total in one of my drawers 😂 but I'm more of a macro organizer I'm starting to believe lol I have all my makeup and hair dryer in a organizer that hangs on the wall. I told her once she starts using those areas again let me know what works for her and doesn't and that I will tweek it.

Sometimes i notice before buying that if i buy purposely organizing tools like baskets and bins, it leads to making more space for those stuff and allowing me to stuff more into those bins and baskets so i try my best not to use and buy bins and baskets to avoid going backwards with my minimalism journey. Its been 3 years for me and im still revisiting areas and i get shocked of how much i get rid of omgg. I try to use up my stuff to avoid wasting my money and to avoid waste going to the landfill, so i basically do it for the environment and for saving money
That’s a lot of candles and wax melts. I stored candles mostly in a deep living room end table drawer. But, when I was working through the Kon Mari method - I pulled all candles and candle holders into one place to see what I had. I had over 100 items. I donated half of them. Then, I realized we don’t burn candles any more. I need to purge more. I like having a few for decorative touches and emergency lighting. I keep a few packages of wax melts. I like using those. I like lemon scents in the bathroom. Smells fresh & clean to me.
You did a good job organizing and cleaning the bathroom. Would love to hear about candles and melts. I have allergies and I use Clinique I don’t have any problems with this brand. It’s a little pricey but the often have gifts with purchases. Hope you don’t mind me suggesting it. Hugs and thanks for sharing your video.

I discovered method all purpose spray cleans surfaces, glass, mirrors, bathrooms etc so I don’t need a cleaner for every seperate thing.

You should put your wax melts in those slim clear containers, put them in season's and try that.
I would prefer to put the candles and wax melts in the 4 season, I think that would be the best place to store them. I'm concerned about them melting or getting damaged since there's no ventilation or AC in that room. Do you think if I put them in those slim clear containers maybe with a lid, that they'd be ok? So out with the old, in with the new! I have a new shower curtain but I need my daughter to put it up for me. Can’t stand on the step stool too long due to my hip replacement. Yay!!! Its always so nice to give a room s good refresh/reset or makeover, esp. the bathrooms. It always amazes me the amount of stuff I'm still decluttering, however a lot of it is recyclable type stuff, I still consider that a good declutter 😁 do you have a plastic shower curtain or cloth, I recently bought a cloth shower curtain it's sort of new, I like that I'm able to wash it, but there's benefits to the plastic shower curtain too. I probably should have got rid of that big towel instead of making it into little hand towels, but I thought why not lol. That is so cool, I knew I wasn't the only one who had toilet soap 🧼 lol I don't like wasting anything and like you said "soap is soap" I'm strongly considering getting rid of the Clorox wand too. It is convenient however I think the soap and toilet brush does just as good, and the best part is I'm not paying for replacement products like those Clorox wand pads. I love your chatty videos! In regard to you mentioning your eyes watering so much, I had the same problem for years and thought it was just my allergies. At my last eye apt. though I was diagnosed with meibomian gland dysfunction, which a common symptom is watery eyes. So that may be something you want to look into.

I swear there are critters that live in bathrooms and mess it up while we're asleep. Do yourself a favor and look at the bottom of the Method bottle. It might have a message for you. My husband had to travel to Minnesota for work and brought me back a mug! It's a cute plaid with a moose on it. Whenever I use it, I'll think of you, you betcha! What toilet bowl cleaner do you use?
So I only use my toilet soap which is a mix of all soaps that are almost out or soaps we dont like lol and than when I want to disinfect the toilet I'll use soap and a little rubbing alcohol. I do sometimes use vinegar and baking soda to clean the toilets, but either that I don't use any other cleaner. Do you recommend a cleaner? I'm currently on a mission to try new cleaners and cleaning methods. I feel like Ive used the same stuff over and over again. So sorry for the delayed response. Yes, you and the Method bottle, much like many of us, are similar😂. I wish I had been at the store with you to say, ‘noooooooo never Spearmint!’😢 Peppermint can be good. And Method is pretty good stuff. But why, why they thought Spearmint.
You may need allergy eye drops-check with your eye doctor.
I don't like the spearmint or eucalyptus smells 😝 for cleaning I like the citrus or things with bergamot in it, even lavender if mixed with another scent. Wished I could use soaps I don't like to clean my toilet I have a lot of limestone and calcium in my water so have to use heavy duty stuff! Love your videos! Just a thought Danni 🤔 the curtains seem a little to close the toilet, you know splash warning!!
My mom uses the heavy duty stuff for there toilets too, they have really hard water. I can't remember what she uses but whatever she uses it works very good. The Clorox works really well and is definitely convenient! I was definitely not liking that method antibacterial spray, that spearmint was rough 😆 I'm not much for spearmint either. I like peppermint though lol. Citrus scents are AMAZING I love a lemon scent I swear I have lemon scented everything. Lavender is always a favorite. The curtains are way too long. There covering the toilet holder lol I gotta place them somewhere else or shorten them. For that piece of decor that keeps falling, maybe use hook screws to put it up so if it does get bumped again it won't fall as easily. As for organizing: on my own, I absolutely thrive with micro-organizing, however I have had to accept the fact that my partner and my daughter are not that way. They both deal with ADHD so they both have issues with object-permanence. They don't know where something is if it's not right out in the open and they forget that something we have even exists at all if they don't see it. I'm the complete opposite. I know EXACTLY where everything is and I know EVERYTHING we have and I can always find things even if it's something they lost. They have a habit of absent-mindedly moving things around the apartment instead of where they belong. I still try to keep everything organized but I make sure that their items that they use most often are in easily accessible locations. Do I like it? Nope lol. I would rather not see stuff out. I like everything being containerized and put away from sight, but I can't expect them to conform to my methods. I used to organize my partner's stuff but he expressed to me multiple times how much he actually did not appreciate me doing that because my way did not work for him and it was his stuff anyway so I had to put up boundaries for myself. I stopped organizing his stuff (unless it's in the bathroom which is small and our ONLY bathroom so it HAS to stay organized). But yeah his computer area is a constant disaster and it drives me crazy to look at it but I have to just let it go because it's not my stuff lol. At the end of the day, it has to be what works for everyone and it's not the end of the world if there is some mess and clutter here and there. Sometimes, in our efforts to make everything "right" so that we can have less stress... we end up stressing ourselves out even more. Anyways lol I think the bathrooms look great, love the color scheme and decor!

I bought that Method Bathroom Cleaner and to be fair, I do have sensory issues since having Covid but I thought it smelled like pee mixed with Pine-Sol, it is the worst smelling cleaner ever to me! I just do not get the rave reviews, but like I said, Covid did mess my nose up...LOL 🤣

Clear dollar store shoe boxes work just as good as expensive acrylic bins-just sayin! A lazy Susan acrylic bin with sections works better than bins-if you have shelves to put them on.
