Usually dairy or sugar flares up acne (maybe you take that with your coffee). I haven't really heard of coffee being that triggering for acne, but if it is, one cup a day doesn't sound that bad, especially if you eat healthy afterwards 😄
If you have gut issues, it could be a trigger for your acne. I cut it out over a year ago, and I feel so much better. It definitely was contributing to my acne! It was too acidic for my stomach. I used to drink 3 a day though. Trying to stay awake on flights I was working😩😅 Matcha and Earl Grey are my new go-to’s! Everyone’s body is so different though. You have to find what works for you 😊

For me, it isn't a trigger. Try like a week or two without it and by the time passes you will know if it is coffee or smth else.

@@almad685 yea I can’t eat dairy so I always use either almond or oat milk. I read it can’t effect your stress which also triggers acne. So who knows
