The Shadow at 2:45min into the Video is the car I own! It was the 3rd Shadow produced, and was exhibited at the Earls Court Motor Show w/o doors on the driver‘s side. A first for Rolls-Royce! This was at the end of Oct. 1965. The car had a secret compartment inside the center rear armrest. This was soon deleted on 1966 production cars, probably due to RR wanting to cut down on costs. Furthermore, my car has a real Leather rolltop dash pad, which as also changed to vinyl on the 1966 production cars. The car is now in California.
Still going to this day Mt Panorama Bathurst Australia. Armstrong 500 originally at Phillip Island moved to Bathurst in 1963 and later 1968 became the Hardie Ferodo 500 (500 mile race) and then later when we went Metric in Aus it became the Hardie Ferodo 1000 (1000 km race) in 1973 now just known as the The Bathurst 1000
What a great little presentation. Wish it could have been longer.

0:42 - I don't think Checker would have sold too many Aerobuses in Great Britain!
Interestingly, the Rolls Royce's number plate is now on a 2019 Bentley.
Yes, one of the many plates owned by the factory at Crewe, now in the ownership of VAG as Bentley Motors
They britts didn´t tell you that the new Rolls had the self-levelling, hydropneumatic suspension system licensed from Citroen!
More manufacturers should have licenced the hydropneumatic suspension. I am surprised they didn't.
Well I never I thought the Jensen Interceptor was the first FF 4 wheel drive.
That was a C-V8 FF not an Interceptor.
