Great advice. I definitely need to do better with my savings. I am joining the navy so this really helps.

Danielle Lisman thank you so much for watching. Every time I get a pay raise I bump up my saving so that extra money I get goes right into my savings or investments. Good luck tho

Von Estayo in port they go home early. At sea they sit in a dark room and look at monitor systems.

Von Estayo thank you for watching!! Good luck on your new journey. Most of the OS’s I know love their job. They usually stand 6 hours on 6 hours off on deployment and they do that everyday.

Would you consider a CS a good rate to transfer out in the civilian world ?

Alan Tristam of course if you are passionate about cooking. As a cook in the navy there are a lot of different avenues to take and a lot of different certificates you can get as a CS in the navy.
