    Hi chef just curious, let me ask u one question???? Im big fan of Indian food n im from Kerala coast of malabar called tellichery, my question is ...you made sauce and fish fried separate, y don’t you cook fish simmering inside sauce for few minutes get that flavour to sauce and fish. I born in place where we eat fish for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and hats off to wonderful presentation and cooking techniques
