How to get Angel Rooms in Binding of Isaac!

In this video I go over how Angel Rooms are generated in Binding of Isaac, they are a lot more complicated then their counterpart Devil Rooms/Deals and such this video may be slightly confusing. Feel free to comment below with any questions or examples that you may have!

I skip the first devil room to "guarantee" an angel room for my next offer, but I keep getting devil rooms

Maybe because you get hit and the angel room % decreases

Wow I didn't know these existed until I encountered one which I was confused, I got a halo from the room which I usually get from devil rooms

Angel rooms are much harder to obtain than devil rooms sadly so unless you are aware they exist and what it takes to get them it can be hard to get them 'randomly'
