One of the most important persons in my life was a WW2 veteran. He was the step-father of the love of my troubled youth. I went and told him how important he had been to me, and he told me his story. I regard that as a huge honour, and made me respect him even more. Survivors guilt isn't something to take lightly. Seven times he should have died, many of them someone else died instead. Just because of coincidences. He was convinced he had a better guardian angel.
I highly suggest you check out diffrent interviews with her. It is so interesting. She is so reflected and different from other people. And she is 100 % herself. She says the funniest things 😄 You could probably sit for several days just watching interviews with her😆👍

Even though this is not my favorite Aurora song, I absolutely love seeing her like this. The Dancing with abandon and her smiling makes me smile really big, just like you are doing throughout the song. And I have to say, you have a beautiful smile and eyes. Just an observation. Your new favorite is her last favorite song 😁. She had to get used to the song to perform live. There was probably also a dispute with your management about this. She then said, if I am not allowed to be who I am on stage, what is the point? Above all, she complained about performing the song where the stages are too small to dance because she likes to dance. And she didn't want to perform this song. In addition to all the sadness in her songs, the audience also needs a little upbeat and happiness. At that time she was still very young and generally didn't feel so comfortable on stage at the time. She always wanted to write songs and not perform. But since nobody can sing her songs the way she imagines, she did it herself. You also have to keep in mind that she never had any vocal coaching or any other training in that direction. I agree with the one suggesting checking out "To be loved" Just make sure it is the video itself. The only live performance is not very good. It was recorded on someone's phone I think. The actual music video is wonderful. Aurora is so artistic. I don't think she wrote the song, but I'm guessing she had something to do with the creative part of it. (Same with the music video for Winter Bird. She did write that one, but it's also very artistic. I would suggest both of these music videos. I think you would appreciate both) As for this one, others have already told you how she feels about it. I do like it, but I do prefer her more serious stuff. You are right about her humbleness. Aurora is one of the artists you would like to hug because she is a very likeable person. I like this song, but it is not one of my favorites. It is a song to enjoy, but there are songs of her that get to you and leave you kind of punchdrunk. It is fantastic that most of her songs contain serious messages to us all. And the best of it: We are not offended or hurt by her lyrics, we are inspired!
Please watch the documentary on Aurora and her touring life in "Aurora Once." You are now a die-hard Aurora fan and this doc is a must-see for those who love and admire her.

I'm pretty sure that she views the world in a way that us mere mortals cannot fathom - I'm not sure that we would be able to cope.

In the "Once AURORA" documentary she explained that she felt that this song hasn't got as much depth compared to her other songs.
