i never under stood why some people was so uptight about modding/cutting the dash for a good stereo ! Hello Erik. You should be able to charge phones. USB inputs (Motor 2A, Motor 2DAB, and Motor 4HD only) are located at the rear of the Radio Motor. The USB cables must be routed during installation to a convenient and accessible location for connecting USB devices
Hi Daniel, we don't have any stock radio options but we do have overlays for our aftermarket units that can help retain that vintage look. Check out our website.
Great videos... I must be on the LMC GM, Chevy Truck channel. How do I get to the LMC Ford truck channel. All you GM guys go ahead, I know I'm begging for it. It just gets old. Maybe the Dennis Carpenter channel is one I'm looking for.
You didn't show the seat going back into the truck, and I tend to think that you had a helper for that. I recommend having a couple of cheap, soft movers' blankets like Harbor Freight sells to cover the speakers as the seat goes in. I would be an unhappy camper if I gouged any expensive part with the seat mount(s).
It's funny you say that. I was switching out my rotten old seat for a better one and I pretty much threw the new one in singlehandedly. Neighbors were looking at me crazy.
I just see that usb cable getting tangled up on the break pedal like something out of FINAL DESTINATION... yikes. Also, if you know anything about acoustics, this configuration makes zero sense... Must sound as though you have duct taped a pillow with a baby on top over your speaker in the basement. They might be great mechanics at LMCTruck, but they clearly know nothing about sound. LMC is the way to go. All its competitors are either too costly or too vague with their products.

Too Many changes in the speech audio. It's very distracting. But great video

I wish Kevin was my neighbor. So I could cut his lawn for advise with my build. Lmao
Oh man, I have that stereo…but I didn’t put it in like that! Also added a kill switch cause it drained my batteries
How bout a video on carpeting the trek
Could you add the speakers to the original radio?
No

They draw very little without accessory power running to them...just to keep the clock memory I believe
Any video for 70s fords f100??
Where are can I buy that system? I really need it and it must be shipped to Namibia
I generally agree with everything this guy does... but this is crazy.. the 2 full range speakers behind the seat are ridiculous..
Is there a website I can go to get these parts
Was this video reloaded on RUclips
If the Amp is drawing power even when the truck is off, won't that drain the battery fairly quickly?
Its not about the Connection, it's about the current. The Speakers don't draw current unless there is audio input.
Screw that I'd leave the 8 track upgraded my 89 dodge with one
It would be great to have the 8 track plus bluetooth or a 3.5mm jack. Use the phone or Dad's old mixtapes.
