If anyone faces the problem of "sdk manager missing, please install cmd line (go to some website for more info)" along with that license error under that Android toolchain error then:
Open your Android Studio, click on Configure and then select SDK Manager (1st option)
Then click on Appearance & Behaviour, then click on System Settings and then Android SDK (left side of window)
Then click on SDK tools tab(main window section)
You shall find that status of Android SDK Command-line Tools (latest) will be Not installed.
Click on the checkbox and then click on apply.
Agree on the T&C and click ok. It'll get downloaded.
Once done, close it and restart cmd. You'll find the problem is solved when you write flutter doctor.
I've learnt about this by going to that website and reading for somewhile.

No its working probably you might have given semicolon at end like this c:\src\flutter\bin; remove it and try again it worked for me.

even after i added plugins in android studio and restarting it, this message is showing "X Flutter plugin not installed; this adds Flutter specific functionality.

The problem is with the 1.22 stable version i guess
step 1 : run> flutter channel dev
step2 : run> flutter channel updrade
step3 : run > flutter config --android-studio-dir="C:\Program Files\Android\Android Studio"

Really useful video, the only thing that I find annoying with flutter tutorials, is they only ever show one view. The pro of using flutter as far as I know is that you write once and it's available cross platform, but what does it look like, on the web? iPhone? Android? This is one of the main things I'm interested in.

Probably, you've not enabled CPU virtualization in bios.

Hi My installation seems unsuccessful. I stuck at plugin confiq. Even after installing the Flutter plugin as well as the Dart plugin it says both are not installed when i run the CMD. Aw man please someone help me I literally followed these steps and still doesn’t work. Ive been trying for five days.
In android studio it keeps saying a file called flutter already exists when i have to choose the sdk path. I can’t find my android phone in devices to tun an app through it. I deleted it all reinstalled and now nothing works going crazy. Can’t believe there’s no customer support at flutter a tech company with no tech support laughable

Hi Sartak bro, If I'm not mistakes, you missed one step to install AVD in Android Studio, once AVD device available, than run back the command: flutter doctor --android-licenses, stuffs works back. Btw I love all your videos. I'm on a project involving Flutter, Laravel and Angular. Learn lot from your video.
I did saw the AVD further in your video. But, during my checking of --android-licenses on flutter ver 1.12.13 its return me error, so after I enable AVD, its works.
I hate android studio I try it many times and it give me headache so what I want ask is that can i use flutter without android studio
@@khaleephauba5549 from what I know you can use other IDE such as VSCode as well. Just make sure you have Android sdk, tools and the related path configured.
Did you know how to install HAX for emulator using CMD or via any other way

I already installed everything and it success, but at AVD manager, when I want to create virtual device, it 'force' me to install HAXM, which is intell, but my laptop's processor is AMD A4. The question is, can Instill install the AVD emulator without bhave to install HAXM? Is there a way? How?
