Please Chan and Felix on the Willben show next!!! it's a show with two korean-australian kids and their dynamic with them is so funny!!! pure chaos but so so cute
That lone island country east of the African continent is Madagascar… Thanks for all the effort u put into ur videos! Genuinely have a great time watching and reacting with ya!
If you ever see any clips or like SKZ Talker eps from the few times SKZ were in Australia it's really wholesome because the Korean members have sort of adopted it a second country because of Chan and Felix. Because of the pandemic they've only been to Australia a couple of times, in their first year as a group and then this year, but Chan's parents cooked them a meal the first time and recently we got some vlogs from Australia, and a great Chan's Room episode featuring his sister Hannah. Last year Felix did a surprise tiktok live revealing he was in Australia (for the first time in like 3 years) and Chan popped up too, and the fandom were celebrating for like the whole week.
crazy how you can pick up the accent differences between them. I am only 1.5 hours out of Sydney and I didn't notice the differences until you pointed them out in your video a while back and now I can't not notice lol
This video is the reason the kid told Changbin that he met Stray Kids and Binnie said "you don't have to meet those people". And no worries. Europeans would feel as insulted as Australians if someone called us American.🤭
Quokkas are only found on Rottnest and Bald Islands. There is a small colony on mainland (just south of Perth) The ones on the islands have taken a liking to getting their photos taken, and will pose if they see a camera 😁 Fun fact, they are known to look cheerful (with that 'smile') but they will chuck their babies at predators as a distraction to give themselves a chance to escape. So great parents 😵💫
As an American....I'm crying laughing at the comparison. No offense taken AT ALL, it's seriously all good! You probably haven't seen it yet but an interviewer mistook Felix's Aussie accent for a British one. It was soooooo awkward and funny at the same time. You'll probably come across it the more compilations you watch of SKZ. Question for you...when SKZ speaks English, have you noticed any Aussie inflections? Han always sounds British to me and Seungmin is the most American sounding, IMO. In some of the recent interviews for 5-STAR promo, they've been saying "yaaaaaa, nah" when asked what Australian accents they've picked up from our Aussie bros.
@@TrolltekOfficial ahhhh that's interesting & totally makes sense if you subscribe to the universal belief that "Hyunjin loves Felix". Thanks for answering my question ❤
When I flew to Sydney from NYC, it took about 25 hours... sooo freaking long. Ofc there were some layovers, but the direct flight from LA to Sydney was 14 hours alone. Longest flight of my life and I've also been to China and Japan... but somehow Australia is even longer.
I think Aussies just want people to be aware that our country exists and that we're different lol. Aussies get insulted if we're mistaken for New Zealanders (and vice versa). New Zealand is our closest neighbour and you don't need a passport to move between our countries... still get insulted though lol
I’m pretty sure quokkas are probably in WA and everyday at night while we are driving there is at least 1 kangaroo in front of the car coming at super sonic speed
Here's my opinion but I think the reason why Koreans know more about USA than Australia is based on history I would say. After WW2 Americans were in South Korea, (I am not going to go too deep in the Korean peninsula history but that's mainly what you need to know haha) and that's also one of the reason why, in contrary of what you saw in that interview, there is a lot of Christians in South Korea ( American missionaries) ! :)
I love your videos because one they are so fun to watch, two because we both live in Australia you post not in the middle of the night so I can watch it early😂❤
12:56 Maaate!!! Quokkas are from Perth. They're on Rottnest Island 20kms across the ocean from Fremantle 😅 They ONLY live on Rottnest because they've become extinct from every other part of Australia. Cute little bastards but if you leave your tent slightly unzipped they will come in and eat all of your food.
I did NOT anticipate your lack of geography knowledge honestly lmao 😂❤ (just please learn at least where South Korea is and also that island is the African country of Madagascar 😅)
4:35 true tho lmao. i think if you compare anyone from outside of america to americans, we get offended😭 especially as an irish person it makes me grit my teeth with the amount of american's who claim to be 'irish' because of their dead grandad's dog being irish
Did you plan to watch 5-star album intro? The content is about the process behind an album. And this time it's going to be in 3 parts. Part 1 has already been released; Part 2 just released today, and Part 3 will be on 06/11.
Bro was not kidding when he said he was bad at geography. The island the first kid pointed out is madagascar which is off the coast of africa so definitely not japan.
tbh as an american i would feel insulted if someone guessed i was american. like stereotypically americans are pretty ignorant? i’d say? we take a lot for granted and we’re insanely patriotic when there is so much going wrong?
This is all because if a person of Slavic appearance and speaks a language from eastern Europe, in most cases they will say that the person is from Russia, because most people only know Russia in eastern Europe
I have a lovehate relationship with Time Zones I mean try getting 2,5 continents under one umbrealla when you're in "yet another one." ;) Let's say I don't hurry to catch livestreams and I'm not staying up or wake up for them (especially not on a weekend) between 1-4am xD If I happen to be awake and catch someone or something I'm intrested in live streaming great but it's not my main prioritiy of the day =)
Korea isn’t necessarily religious, obviously there’s still religious ppl, but they’re mostly just a very conservative country. They’re very “right wing” you could say, compared to Australia.
After watching this video I want to teach you geography 😂 sry just kidding but how about to learn more about Korea? Korean Englishman is a very popular YT Channel about Korea. Josh and Olly from KE are hilarious… definitely worth it to watch their content. Maybe you are interested to reacting to their stuff. On their second channel jolly you will find an Australien series too. Sry if my english is too bad… greetings from germany
i understand all the offense thing tbh. i personally hate when people call usa "america" because i'm from argentina and people still think we're not american. like, america it's a whole ass continent and we're american too, but i would hate it if someone thinks i'm from the usa if i say i'm american. they might think south america or latin america are a different continent idk lol
You need to visit Germany. Its a beautiful country. BUT 24 hours flight is very long. I am from Germany and i love my country. I also want to visit Australia but its not that easy.
I'm from America (South America not US) and I always felt Australia culture is closer to western culture than eastern like Korea or Japan, am I wrong? feels like yous share a lot of cultural traits with us westerns, for example the formality, in Korea is about the age, Japan and China about the seniority and for us is a mix of both but we're more relaxed, if we're friends the age or seniority don't matter and we'll speak to each other informally right away. Also I share 100% that feeling of insult when people assume you're from the US because you speak English, but that's because the world know US as the English speaker county when it's not even the biggest out there, it's not these kids fault but it feels wrong. Same with people taking America as a country when it's a whole continent, we need to educate the world better so people understands United States is the country they're talking about and *Americans* are from 57 different countries and only 2 and a half actually have English as their native language 🙃
@@pian816 you're not being rude at all! the correct demonym is United-Statesian (or just Statesian for short) US-American works too if you're too used to call yourself american. If you use just "American" you're referring to any of the 57 countries, and North American is incorrect too since it includes Canada, Mexico and some isles like Costa Rica, Cuba, etc (23 countries)
The whole world sucks at world history and geography except for their Generations "buffs" =) And am pretty sure especially in SK they'll learn way more than I ever did, like they start learning things in elementary that to me look like Universitiy if even.
I feel a lot of Asians are (more than others maybe?) okay to at least for "socital life" blend into the "Anglo Saxon style" while they still raise their offspring with asian mentalities and traditions sometimes foods and languages at home and going by Mister Chan 10 hobbies in 5 days....people with obvious asian roots just always seem to be "here and there and basically everywhere" but you don't realize it until your pen friend, born and raised in Hong Kong but living atm in the UK asekd you "Does the bigger city next to you have a lot of people with Asians roots? " This polar bear lacking Melanin young Lady was certainly confused bout a question back then...but well now look which continent got a hold of me. Oh irony.

yessssss i love that episode
Omg yess
haha "america is the biggest country in the world"
"is this Japan" (Madagascar)

Not only aussies and brits but i feel all of europe too gets slightly insulted when someone asks them if theyre american 😅
Same as Canadians. Pretty much if you aren’t American it feels insulting to be called American
