At 67 years of age, I take it by days even moments. There are those few good days, today was one. Just sitting in my living room, trying a craft that didn't work out. But that did not dull my spirits. I was happy at peace, singing along with songs, washing windows, getting my toilet tank fixed just simple happy moments, even though a migraine was just asleep for a while. Yes! 💕Thank you for this reminder that happiness can be found in the smallest of moments, even amidst some annoying things. I often let those ruin my days… but as Morgan said, our life is made up of how we choose to spend our days (in terms of attitude, too). I need to keep this in mind. Thank you, friend!

Cozy for me. I was born, raised, and still live in the AZ desert, so my feelings of cozy are a little different. But similar in that they evoke comfort, and home. 1. The sound of a fan 2. A cold glass of lemonade and a book 3. Running around outside after a Summer rain 4. Candles 5. Pillows. Lots of cuddly ones 6. Acoustic music. And playing piano, especially during a rainstorm 7. I do like a sweatshirt, but I don’t get to enjoy them until December. 8. Twinkle lights everywhere. ❤

I absolutely love your explanation of why it’s important to be cozy🧡 Many of the things you mentioned on your cozy list are on mine as well. Here’s mine… hot mugs of tea in a favorite mug, flickering flames in the fireplace (we live in FL so ours is electric and we leave the heat turned off lol), cozy ambience videos on RUclips, candles and lamps in the evening, fuzzy socks and blankets, oversized sweaters and sweatshirts, reading, baking yummy treats, cloudy/rainy days and nights and thunderstorms, lazy Sunday mornings…and so many more. This video and just thinking about all of the cozy things brings a smile to my face😊 Have a wonderful weekend🍁

My favorite cozy thing in autumn is when I wake up in the morning peeking through my curtains seeing that the sun is out, the sky is a clear, cold blue color. I don't know if I've told you, I found your channel during lockdown in 2020, while I was looking for someone to read with. I found one of your Read with me videos, and fell in love with you. I look forward to your videos all the time. When I watch your videos I get to forget my struggles. I have spent most of my life hating myself and feeling worthless. I don't even feel worthy of having money, and whe I have it, I spend it as quickly as possible. I have also been a caregivver that has given so much that I lost my leg, because I wasn't important enough to myself. Fortunatley things are getting better because my Dad and I have been studying books on CPTSD, Emotional Healing, and Gratitude. I made myself a little bingo card of all my favourite cozy autumnal things that I'm hoping to do this season, and it's been so fun and good for my soul to intentionally pursue those moments of seasonal cozy. today's planned bingo card activities are enjoying a hot latte at the lakefront, sitting in the sunshine, watching the waves, and maybe reading or knitting for a bit.

Kicking up fallen leaves that are scattered in piles along the neighborhood sidewalks in autumn. A crackling fire in the fireplace or out camping in a designated fire pit. Baking a sweet treat from seasonal ingredients that right now is apples and pears. I love making homemade soup this time of year too. Warm blankets, cozy sweaters, crisp fall morning walks, candles and fairy lights, and the first sip of coffee or tea in the mornings. I could go on and on about cozy things. I love Matt Haig's Midnight Library. I only read it this year and I found it so profound! I can totally relate with the feeling of wanting to do so many things and feeling like I'll never have enough time...and learning that with so many things they share a universal experience and therefore it's okay not to be able to do everything...it's so good...I think it's one of my favourite books ever read.

My COZY read 📚 currently: "Pride & Prejudice"! I found a pbk in a Little Library about 10 days ago.
I have seen most versions of P&P series, movies and listened to the audiobk. But not actually read the "tree carcass" version. It is very close to most dramatized modes, but I still wanted to 📚 read it.
Like you say the saddest part 📖 is knowing it will end. Bittersweet. 😢
