Even with a VPN they can still track you based upon screen size if using full screen mode on whatever browser. You should always use a weird size for the browser window just in case. The military is actively training units to bypass VPNs.

I don't use Windows 11, but I'm using xenia canary, and as for the game, I uploaded the iso from my personal copy I have.
