I remember sitting together with my mom, threading them on thread and hanging them out to dry in the cold wind.

Dried radish (250g), a large handful of dried red pepper leaves (about 15g)
seasoning for seasoning
7 tablespoons of anchovy sauce, 1/3 cup of dark soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of plum syrup, 3 tablespoons of cooking wine (or soju),
1.5 tablespoons of sugar, 150ml of kelp water
