[Made with Tortilla] Fried Apple Pie

I used a tortilla to make a crispy apple pie.
The light and crispy dough is very delicious, and you can easily make an apple pie without pie dough.

・1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
・3 tortillas
・ 1 tbsp Cake flour
・ 1 tbsp Water
