In the video, you unhide the quilt(extrude 1). Could you let me know how to create the quilt in an assembly or a video that already shows how to create?

A quilt is essentially another term for a surface. I have many videos and playlists on how to create surfaces. If you go back to my first video on Extrudes, I show how to create that kind of feature as a surface instead of a solid. Then you will have a quilt.

What's the deal on transferring Creo to a new machine if you're maintenance has lapsed.
I was current until Creo 6.0, had a computer failure and bought a new machine, and I'm having issues on getting my software on the new computer.
I've been using this software since pro-engineer 18

You would need to access the online licensing tools to transfer the license. I don't know if you can do that without maintenance.

They can't open a case file without maintenance and you can't get ahold of any person at PTC any other way.
This doesn't seem right, I paid for a software for decades up until Creo 6.0 and now they are telling me to go pound sand. I'm not asking for anything other than what I paid for. This is like Snap-on renting you your tools that stop working the moment you stop paying your monthly tribute. What a scam......it won't be long, and I'm sure windows is working on it, you'll just be renting your operating system as well.
I'm essentially dead in the water. 🥵
