I have the vsee v3 and I was able to do the reset and get the options to come up on my screen. Now the issue is that my remote is apparently not synced any longer and I can't go to the factory reset option. any ideas?
how to fix the connection problem between the android box and the TV, when the TV commands the android box uncontrollably, for example.or example, you turn on the TV and it turns on the Android box, that's still ok, but during operation, the TV goes back one step, sometimes several steps, and the Android box goes back, thus preventing you from watching, is there any help. Three different android boxes and this did not work on any of them. I can hear the click of the av button. The red light will turn blue and that is it.
I have the T95Z Plus, it stuck in boot, only black screen shows after the logo. Tried to reset, plug in power, there's a brief blue light flash outside the box, but nothing happens, seems no power on the box at all. Any idea? Thx! 🙏
I tried this but it didn't work. Have VSeeBox pro 2 that needs to be reset, but after trying this fix the box just wouldn't turn on at all. I then pulled the power cable and reset - came up with the same problem. Any other suggestions? Thanks

@@jreuing4043 Hi, This is the only way to reset the Box if you don't have access to menu. There is another way to update the box with a USB, but this works on a few certified Android boxes only.

You can reset the box from the Box settings

Hi, that's the only way to reset a Box when you don't have access to menu. Try it again

Does the led light show up when you just plug in the power cord. If it's not, that's a power problem, change the power cord if that's not original
