I just finished making a long womens cardigan with this in charcoal- though it took 9 skeins to complete, I LOVE how it turned out!!

I made a baby hat and baby socks with it that were perfect! I loved it! Now I'm making my daughter a ski mask out of it because it's so soft and has a little stretch.

In Australia this yarn is $9 and I want to make a large shawl so I needed to buy 5 balls so not cheap, but it feels divine and I couldn’t help myself

I'm making a blanket right now using Lion Brand Baby Soft in the color Circus Print. It's a lightweight 3 and i'm using a 4.5mm hook. It took we awhile to be able to use such a thin soft yarn that i could keep the tension right. Since I'm fairly new to crochet I didnt really know about yarn weights and hook sizes But, since finding my girl Crystal at the end of november last year she has taught me sooooooo much about everything crocheting . I'm beyond blown away by her knowledge of yarn and the fact that she can just makeup patterns on the fly. She's def my Go To youtuber channel.

I have seen the feels like butta yarn online before and have been tempted to try it. If it's anything like red heart amore which I think it probably is, that stuff feels dreamy soft.

Hi Crystal, I went last evening to michaels and they had this yarn on clearance. It was $4.97 per skein and it was a 9.7 oz 590 yards and was normally $10.00 per skein. After watching your review, I think I got a gonga deal. Thank you.

Hi Crystal, I got this yarn before your review & I was hoping I didn't make a mistake. I was happy to hear your review before I started my 2 project's. I've been working on 2 baby blankets, one for my granddaughter that was about to be born and one for my grandson who was about to be born both in the month of May. I was making one of your patterns for a baby blanket and so far is turned out very beautiful. I happen to get it on sale for $2.50 each. So I bought a ton of it. So far so good. They have larger skeins of it which is worth the buy if you get it on sale. I made my first purchase of it this past weekend at Michael's as they had the large skeins for 6.50 !

When I took my mom to Michael's today, I see this and had to touch it; it is very soft! I will use my coupon 30% off all regular price items. I think that would make this an excellent deal! 💞💞💞

This is great I was just at Michaels tonight looking at this yarn, it is amazing I wanted it soooo bad but my husband said no. I am definitely going back when he is not with. I need this yarn it is soooo soft. It was $10 for the big ones.

I just bought a big skein (590 yds) of this in the pale grey from Michael's. It was $9.99 but I used my 40% off so it was $6 and some change. I can't wait to use it! I'm going to get more colors tomorrow... it's so soft.

I made a lamb lovey using it and alpaca. Very soft.
I bought 1 skein Caron simply soft party in the teal sparkle to try. I used some to trim a scarf and really thought it added a great boarder. So since I hate to leave left over yarn and there was over half left I made some fingerless gloves and they turned out beautiful. I usually give my kids\grandkids everything I make. But those gloves are mine. Lol

I've seen the Feels like Butta yarn in the Lion brand studio yarn store by me and it feels fantastic my only issue was how small the skein was.

I just saw this at the store today! I almost got some. I did feel it and it was so soft and silky!
Pretty cool review. I'm not sure if I will try it or not. I like verigated and yarns that change colors. Pending the pattern though.

Hi Crystal, I did enjoy the review. I just discovered this yarn last night at Michael's. I bought white to make a baby blanket for my grandbaby who will be born in a few months. I liked how soft it felt and that it is machine washable/dryable because parents of little babies have plenty of washing to do. I wondered about how things like kid's pajamas made from polyester are fire retardant. I looked it up and learned that polyester is inherently fire retardant so that is good. I did use a 50% coupon at Michaels on one of the skeins but they were 9.99 there so 5 with coupon.
Oh my goodness, I used this yarn to make the Teddy Bear on the Lovey I'm making for a new baby. It is very soft and the reason I selected it! I just have to put the teddy bear together and mail the lovey out. I will post a pic once completed.

Always enjoy the BOD yarn reviews even though I'm a knitter, they're really helpful. FYI, I used Lion Brand Touch of Alpaca in place of Feels Like Buuta for a cardigan (wanted the fuzzy halo), and made guage perfectly. I think you could use these yarns interchangeably for garments, depending on whether you want fuzzy or not. Touch of Alpaca does shed some at the beginning, but that seems to go away with a wash followed by lint brush.

Looks similar to Red Heart Amore and Yarn Bee Breathe Deep. Both are super soft 100%polyester. Also 3.5 oz as well.
