- Here's how I install the John Deere 45 loader on my John Deere X595 diesel tractor. The hardest part of this process is definitely finding a 45 loader.
Thanks for watching and ask any questions!
Simple and to the point!!
Thanks!!
I have a 595 with 45 loader.... I have literally left people standing in disbelief with how fast you can remove and install the loader... Definitely one of Deere's better thought out ideas!
Very true!
With the mounting bar going through the frame like it is can you install the mowing deck or do you have to remove it?
The loader crossbar does not interfere with the deck at all.
@@LukesJohnDeereGaragegood to know! I’m lookin hard for a used 45
Not an easy search! I’ll keep an eye out!
@@LukesJohnDeereGarage I've found one about 5 hrs away for $4k - not sure I'm ready to bite that bullet yet!
I paid $3500 for mine plus another $750 to get it shipped back a few years ago when I bought it. If you can get it for $3500 you would be doing pretty well.
Awesome video man, short and to the point. I think you need a 3rd function for the 3 point hitch now😉
I would love that! I have spoken to AuxHyd and he is working on a kit for the HFWD models but is not sure about this one because of the placement of the lever.
@@LukesJohnDeereGarage My buddy Thomas and I are going to do some sort of homemade kit for one of his X series tractors, but he runs a parts house out of his home for John Deere parts and is a bit busy, so not sure when, but we already have most of the parts to do one. We need a little more design time to get it just right.
That’s gonna be nice. I know him well and purchased the X595 in my video as a project from him. Excited to see it.
Which way do you put the valve that's by the hydraulic couplers when you put the loader on? Screw in or out?
The lockout valve should be screwed in, so the rear lift cylinder doesn’t move while curling the bucket.
I'd love to find a used 45 for my little x475.
Where are you located? I know of one that might be for sale in north Florida. They are great to have but hard to find.
@@LukesJohnDeereGarage Tiulsa OK. I have friends in Pensacola that could transport. I’d love details.
Can you do a video about your forks?
Would still love to see those forks
Hey- they’re just clamp on bucket forks. What would you like to see about them? I can do a video if needed.
Hi, could I fit this loader to a John Deere 455?
No, unfortunately this is only for the heavy duty X400, X500, and some X700 machines. For your 455 you would be wanting to look for a John Deere model 40 loader. The subframe to attach it is a lot different. Check out Little Buck Loaders or CTC if you can’t find a John Deere.
@@LukesJohnDeereGarage ahh I appreciate the info 👌 thank you
@luk-argen7144 No problem. Thanks for watching.
