Так поступают в любом правовом государстве, а во Вьетнаме видимо с этим не очень хорошо. Пожилая дама пришла как будто не в полицию, а к соседям за нерадивым сыном и ещё и руки распускает. Excuse me guys, I don't want to be rude or say something unprofessional of another country. As I watch all the videos I have come across, I have come to realize that the majority of the people are lawless. They have no respect for other people. They do what they want without facing serious consequences. If legal actions are taken and laws changed to that effect, perhaps some of these people will change their behaviors. It saddens my heart to see the way these in-laws treat their in-laws. They tie them, beat, steal money and destroy their properties. People should learn to respect the authorities and also the ones they take advantage of. Hope examples can be taken against people who are displaying these types of behaviors.
