If you opening 90% of the bolts, I would rather remove all Tupperware bolts and remove the fairings. This way you have easier access, you don't have to put unnecessary stress (pulling) on the plastics. Also you don't mess coolant behind fairings and gives you chance to clean behind fairings and parts.

Según BMW el rellenado del anticongelante debe hacerse haciendo el vacío en el circuito para que no queden bolsas de aire.
You forgot the bleeder on the thermostat
