    Made this cookie today. I used sweetener instead of caster sugar. It turned out really good. A bit more crumbly than yours but sooo tasty. Highly recommend it

    Chocolate? Good. Peanut butter? Good. COOKIES? GOOD!
    I’m a big believer in using high quality ingredients in baking, and that chocolate sounds like it would be so flavourful (can’t stand cheap plain nothingness chocolate)

    Looks amazing! How much sugar do you think I can reduce without compromising the texture? I want it to be as less sweet as possible.

      I'd say reducing by any more than 75-100g would begin to affect the texture and colour, as well as make the flavour pretty imbalanced!

    Made these without the added salt. Added fake mars bars, white chocolate and pecans. Come out proper good.
