In your video also, I see a lot of mango pulp still in the juicer. How do you take that out? I am just a day old user, so I am finding my around it, but I am sure it is a worthy investemnt.
Hi Shikha! When you continue to run it for a whole, the remaining pulp comes out. There will be some left which will need to be scooped out - as unlike juice, this is not free flowing. I hope you enjoy your cold press juicer experience!

I want to place order within this great Indian sale but I’m super confused. I know you recommend Hestia due to the reasons u have mentioned but in kuvings they say they have used patent JMCS technology. Does that make much difference? Also, to whomsoever I talk about juicers specifically cold press. Everyone is using kuvings. Pls help me in making the right choice :)would be extremely grateful for this!

Please do not promote this brand, I ordered a new juicer for 13299 from their website based on your video, they sent me an used juicer hapazardly packed, not sure they have a proper return policy, no response to chats or calls.
Same, not working properly
It’s not a good brand, on Amazon too their delivery was damaged and for one small part instead of sending a spare they said do a return of the entire item. Absolutely useless customer care
Customer services are not good
Im 90% convinced to buy this, however I'm worried of it's after sales service as they dont have any service center except their main office (Delhi/Gurgaon)

I subscribed to your channel sometime last year I think (after watching just one video) You are doing such a wonderful job, really. I’ve watched quite of view videos and learned so many things from you and it’s so nice to see you add some fun facts about the brand and their history too.
I’ve watched all your videos on mixers, food processors and also the same when you mention in the made in India products video. But I’d love your opinion for a a really good blender that can blend frozen fruits as well. I’d narrowed down to Kuvings NutriBlender as the design also looked but still thought I’ll check with you if you have an alternate suggestion. I need it to look good as well. :P I’m okay with blender cut mixer machine too. Please suggest. Thank you.

I'm guessing you are referring to the Kuvings B1700 product - it's great while I think this is better amzn.to/3ntaMjS. 2 reasons - the rpm is one of the main criteria to buy a cold press juicer, this one has lower rpm. Secondly - for frozen fruit (or even full), work is a bit reduced if you have a bigger feeding tube. This one has a slightly larger one. That said - you cannot go wrong with either.
Can't we insert fruits without cutting or peeling?

The juice is certainly incredible with all the vitamins and enzymes. There's just one essential thing that's missing - there's NO fibre.

What is the difference between the 30 min and 120 min model. What does this mins parameter signify in a cold press juicer ??
Hi Debarpita, the 30 min / 120 min signify how much time the machine can run continuously. Generally for home use, 30 min is sufficient and for commercial use, you may need a more run time.

Hi Saumya, I just purchased this product using the link you provided for amazon. Have a small question - while making Beet Carrot juice did you add water to get the liquid in juice? Also for green juice how much water do you add in this mixer along with green veggies (spinach, kale, cellery, Basil leaves, cucumber, romaine is what i will make with). Could you guide me about whether liquid is required to get juice or not
Hi Moin Maple! Thank you! There is no need to add water for the juices - esp. when you have a fruit which has more water content. If you find it to be too thick, only then you can add. The product comes with a ton of menus you can use.
No need to add water... I make ABC juice with 5 carrots+ 1 apple+ 1 beetroot... It comes around 500 ml.... No need to add water

Smoothie strainer does prepare smoothies. It is another juice strainer, with a slightly higher amount of pulp. All wrong claims by the seller in their promotions and campaigns. Customer service is pathetic

Not necessary. It will get filtered out. Do take it out in fruits where it changes taste of the juice though.

Returning Morphy Richards because the description shown on Amazon and what is written in the user manual conflicts. It's mentioned one can't put coconut and hard things for juicing as it can harm the motor. Then coconut milk and nut milk can't be made which is also my requirement.

Try calling the phone number provided by Hestia appliances for seeking more product information. No one will answer the calls inspite of repeated efforts. Imagine what would happen if there is a service issue. I dont know why cant these companies invest in one person to answer customer queries. Emails to customer support also goes unanswered.
I had ordered a agaro cold press juicer. Thinking about its after sale services, I whatsapp a message for online product demo.
even after waiting for a whole day, they didn't reply. I cancelled the order and purchased a offline usha cold press juicer from company showroom.

You are absolutely right, I ordered a new juicer on their website trusting this video, they sent me an used juicer which doesn't seem to be washed too, packaged like a junk box. Not able to reach their support, no response too.
@dhirendradhiraj9188 Agaro products seem to be not upto the mark. Amazon reviews are full of complaints and the customer care is shoddy. When cheaply made products are sold and there is no real intention of customer service, the lower price trap is apparent.

Do not buy this juicer. Dont forget this is a paid promotion. I am suffering after purchasing this juicer. Hestia pays for the reviews in amazon and flipkart. The reviews are not genuine. I purchased from amazon and when i put the negative review, it was never put up there. the customer care is useless. there is no after sales service so the warranty is bogus. i wonder why influencers are misusing their power. the product is very very bad. The juicing experience deteriorates after its use of 1 month. so u cant return thru amazon and amazon customer care only promises but doesnt escalate the issue because hestia is doing a paid marketing on amazon.

This is the first negative review I heard regarding this amongst many who purchased. Fyi - any brand does not have a means of deleting comments on Amazon and Flipkart.
@@TheGrapevineIndia brand doesnt have.. they just need to pay amazon, flipkart for branding. this results in fake positive reviews, increased ranking and rejecting or not approving genuine negative reviews. thats y the brands with a lot of investment money are able to suddenly rise in these websites.. get in touch with right people to have better knowledge.. ppl who worked in such depts, brands who didnt have money to market in such places, n agents who offer these services..
there are many others who have faced this issue with this product n this brand.. but they r consumers who cant waste their time for 15k on courts or fight these giants.. try n explore.. u ll see such reviews n videos somewhere at least
Thanks for sharing. I can understand your frustration as a consumer for any product that does not work, not just this one. I have prior experience on selling products on Amazon and Flipkart so I'm aware of their policies. They have very strict terms in forms of manipulation - both approving / rejecting comments, fake comments, ranking and so on.
@@TheGrapevineIndia I am sure you have your own experience but i have mine. i have been an amazon prime customer for almost 4 yrs and my monthly buys from amazon are around 10k. I have absolutely shunned it now. there were times when things were transparent with amazon and now that they r not. genuine reviews are not allowed many a times for not so clear reasons and i have definite proofs, not just from me. and a lot of brands have stopped putting their products up on amazon for the same reason.

We had a masticating juicer and a Aicook centrifugal juicer like this one ruclips.net/user/postUgkxXHNfxr6U9XrHQpsdjUrKNVP231BfS9q9 Both of them made about the same amount of juice.The Aikcook one died in 3 weeks haha. China brand. LolSo we bought this one since at least we knew the brand name and it was about the same price.Imagine our surprise when we make two 16 oz cups of celery juice and have leftover celery. We juiced it and made almost another cup! Same thing happened with our cucumber juice. So it's about 20 - 30 % more juice than our other two juicers including the masticating cold press one!The motor is so much stronger on this one than the Aikcook. It sucks in the vegetables and spits them out like it's angry.I've only had it a few days so don't know how long it will last but all the plastics and interior is much stronger and better made than the other two we had. If it breaks, I can buy a new one with the savings in vegetable bill. Haha.This literally is going to save me about 60- 80 bucks a month because of the juice output. No one likes to waste food.Update! It broke in 8 days. Motor started freaking out. I'm going to get another of them and try my luck because I really really want this one to be the one.
@meethestia worst company. I ordered a juicer from hestia more than a week ago and am still waiting for the product. There is no information to track my order . Have sent them mail several times but no reply. Have called their customer care more than 20 times and they never picked up. I lost my 17000 rupees . Please be aware of this fraud.
