@@ultimogreninja2123 I agree totally for boxing. You take many less strikes to the head in most other disciplines which does allow for more sparring, as long as it is light, very controlled and nobody is being an idiot.

I spar once a week light spar and not a lot of head shots keep your brain protected
You can spar everyday if you dont get hit
And how often does that happen mayweather
