ESC Millstreet 1993 - 07 Belgium - Iemand als jij - Barbara Dex

Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest 1993. The song finished 25th (last) thus relegating Belgium from the forthcoming ESC 1994. Barbara Dex, however, has become infamous for her dress, as the Dutch OGAE Fan Club every year since 1997 has awarded the "Barbara Dex Award" to the participant with the ugliest dress of the year.
